Room is cleaned everyday and staff is very accommodating to any request from me. New mall recently opened beside the hotel, so it is easy to find stuff in the area like food and even shopping.

Love the hotel service and friendliness. The laundry is the best help for long stay. Staffs are always helpful and I'm being greeted every single time I pass by the lobby or any public area. Will definitely come back again and again!

Highly recommend this hotel as the location is very good. Quiet place for me to have a good rest and walkable distance to the metro station. Room is spacious and clean enough for a cozy stay.

The hotel's hygiene was terrible, with moths and stains in the room, it was a very poor experience.

The hotel is not near to tourist places, but very near to Hongqiao train station. There are a few shopping malls nearby and easy to get around. The staff is very responsive and helpful, room is big and clean.

Location is out of town. Hotel staff tell me this hotel is for those who come here to work. Nearby nothing at all. Far from city. Room is very good. Only location is bad if you are planing for holiday

very clean room and the quality of the amenities was excellent. the professionalism of the staffs were excellent and very polite. had a great time and will definitely come back to this hotel the next time im in shanghai!

I am pregnant and close to my delivery date. I booked at this hotel because it is close to my hospital. I received excellent service from the staff. I added them on WeChat and communicated with them because I can only speak English. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. The location is also very convenient. Very close to the new mall. I will now book additional days until I go into labor.
