The room is spacious and bright, with a great view, and you can also see the city and river view, which is a surprise! The suite facilities are complete, and the quality is reflected in every detail. The river view king room was seriously different from the pictures. Only the bathroom had a "first-line" river view. We changed rooms in the middle of the night and went to the wrong building. The smart lighting control in the new room was out of order. The waiter didn't know anything when asked and acted like a temporary worker. Did Hyatt's service training fail at Yifei?

We went to West Bank during the Qingming Festival holiday. Haohao at the front desk helped us upgrade the room. The room was very large and new. The children had a lot of fun. The coffee machine does not come with a small coffee cup, so you can only use it by removing the base. My husband accidentally drank the water from the kettle and felt uncomfortable all night. But to be fair, such a hotel is okay in the new business district, and it is also convenient to wash clothes. It is suitable for business people on business trips. It would be better to give two more bottles of water. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can try Guimanlong's morning tea in the morning. The gym is small, but it is enough. Also, the taxi can't find the place, it would be better to make the sign more obvious?

The hotel lobby is on the second floor of Building 9. The early check-in process is very smooth, and the response to the needs of baby beds and taking more bottles of water is very fast. Originally booked a pre-sale package for the tatami room, and found that the baby bed could not be put in after arriving at the store (the room was too small), so I took the initiative to upgrade to a deluxe king bed. It is a corner room and I have a little river view. The room with a deluxe king bed is much larger, and many facilities can be controlled by Xiaodu speakers. The toothpaste and toothbrush/Tianfu Mingcha tea bags and Peet's coffee are also of good quality. But the only drawback is that the automatic lid opening/flushing function of the smart toilet cannot be used normally. When sleeping at night, the night light at the head of the bed always lights up inexplicably, which reduces the quality of sleep. 🍚The package includes two breakfasts. The breakfast dining environment is not large and there is no river view, but there is a freshly cooked open stall. At this price, you don’t ask for any bicycles. ❌But the most unacceptable thing during the whole stay is the pungent smell of banana water in the hotel lobby and elevator. I guess this kind of ingredient is added to the mopping machine to achieve the purpose of thorough cleaning, but in the public area, guests come and go, which is really unacceptable.

When the West Coast opened last year, I noticed that there was a hotel. Then I kept on swiping and finally saw the opening, March should be the second month. The room had a little smell at first (irritating to the eyes), but it seemed to get better later. The location is really great, right by the river.
