Stayed for 9 nights, had a very pleasant stay. Soundproofing wasn’t very good could hear people walking past the room but wasn’t an issue for me personally. Location is amazing, walkable to the bund, people’s square and nanjing road, about 5-10mins walk from nanjing road metro station exit 4. Nice view of the streets from the room. Room had automatic black out curtain. Room was pretty spacious.
Hotel staffs were friendly. Room was clean, clean up service was good. Highly recommend!

Extremely convenient location. Customer service staff were very helpful with our queries. We had a lovely room which they allowed us to check in early when we reached at 9am (presumably no one stayed in the room before us). They are flexible in that sense. For our midnight flight, they helped arranged a taxi pick up transfer to the airport as well. Overall an excellent stay! Please try the rice cakes opposite the hotel, they're really good!

We have moved from Nanjing Street and stayed at this beautiful Blossom House Shanghai on the Bund for 2 nights. We booked a corner room with curved glass overlooking the river on the 12th floor. The room was clean and the view was great, we could see the Pearl Tower. Unfortunately, it rained all day when we stayed, so it was a different experience. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the river and you can walk to Yi Yuan Park from the hotel. The service was very good. The staff greeted us with warmly welcome smiles

There’s a lot to choose in Shanghai but I wanted a new hotel with convenient access to the north bund and metro so I picked Treasury and did not regret it. 👍
Really impressive design and looks for a small hotel, really happy with my room as it was so spacious and comfortable. If you learn how to speak to the smart speaker it can do things like play music and open curtains for you 🤩
Breakfast lounge looks small but is sufficient, you get a cooked breakfast as well as usual buffet style choices.

Good accommodation with great support and helpful by the hotel staff especially Ms. Xiaomin and her colleagues that they help me for the impressive incident that i forgot the shopping bag in the bakery shop in Nanjing east rd.
Ms. Xiaomin, was kindly help me to contact with bakery shop staffs and gave them the information what my shopping bag look like as well as hotel’s address and asked them to send my shopping bag by delivery guy. In the end my shopping bag arrived to the hotel’s staff and handed to me.
Overall, the hotel staffs were very professional, they worked fast and really calmed me down during this situation.

The front desk let me check in earlier upon my arrival, helped me with my huge luggages. Cozy place.
Walking distance to yu yuan. Don’t like to walk? Don’t worry, hotel provides free shuttle to few must visit spot all day long, utilise and save on didi :) Walking distance to 小杨生煎 too.
Love the room setting, huge space for 2 large luggage and a cabin luggage, still have spacious walkway. The window is covered with net prevent mosquito visit 😛 yet still can feel the chilling weather of Shanghai.
The most impressive staff is ms 葛强芬 at the 2F dining, hardworking from front desk, rapid cleaning, fill water for coffee machine, replenish food and check on our needs. I left a jacket and she kept for me until my next day visit. 😍
Unlimited drinking water, chilled or warm to your liking. The warm flower tea served at lobby is nice too! Complimentary canned drink in the fridge.
Linen clean and daily housekeeping. Super hardworking team.
Besides, the intercom is picked up by human, feel more human touch. They helped me with my MeiTuan order as I did not have local mobile.

During our stay, we encountered a challenge with parcel delivery and were unsure about the process for returning a package. The hotel team went above and beyond to assist us. They not only helped us make a call to the appropriate office but also personally guided us to the delivery center, which was conveniently located just 300 meters from the hotel.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. The level of support and care from the staff truly enhances the experience, making it a welcoming and accommodating place to stay.

Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus.
The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself.
On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them.
Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this.
At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen.
Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel
Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure.
I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T
I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm.
To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :)
Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol.
Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good.
Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

However, the hotel is always short of staff.
We always have to wait very long time to talk to the staff, no matter we want to check in, ask questions, add one more night reservation etc.
The cleanliness of the room’s floor may need to be improved.
