The Location is very convenient, very near and short walk to MRT , is very easy accessible to food and shopping- near popular stores M&M , Lego and Popmart , Miniso and Anime Stores also soon the TopToys opening brand new store coming in end Dec 24.
The only setback is the hotel building although there is lift but also have stairs and not friendly for Wheelchair access also if you have lots of luggage’s after shopping might take some time and need people to help carry or assist to bring to lobby … unless you book level 4 units which is direct to lift access. Maybe can check with hotel before booking if you are travelling with people kids and old . Otherwise for the cost per night and that location is super worth it.

Hotel location is superb! Walking distance to Nanjing road East is 200 meters. It is located in the middle of everything. Restaurants are everywhere so take a good walk to explore. Subway is also in walking distance.
Room is clean and the amenities are provided sufficiently. Bed and pillow are soft and comfortable. I definitely stay there again when we go back to Shanghai.

We were leaving after this stay. The staff in the reception all are well trained. They will give you warm lemon water whenever they see you in lobby. Just like giving a friendly warm welcome to your guest when people visit your house 😁and also the staff gave us eye heat patch when they know its our last day in shanghai for departure. So their names are nan ying/yan chu,yun ling and yi mo. They gave us good hospitality. No doubt. Their service are great.Just remember to check if your room has windows upfront cause some of the details are not update here. And also the time i stayed on november there is a small renovation the bank below the hotel. But they usually start renovating in morning. So if you wake up around 8am then there is no problem.

Hotel is a short walk to shopping area (Popmart flagship store), plenty of local small eateries (like in a back alley and 24hr)
Service was really good ok our check-in day. Espcially the gentlemen helping with our luggages. There is a flight of stairs at the entrance and my husband was about to carry the luggages when they literally ran over to help.
Minus 2 stars because we found out that they folded our used and still wet bath towel back to where is was after making our room. When we informed frontdesk, the lady replied so you just want new bath towel right? This totally took away all the good impression we had of the hotel.
Renovation on-going (at the opposite building but we didn't really hear anything). Was able to sleep. We stayed at level 13.

We have moved from Nanjing Street and stayed at this beautiful Blossom House Shanghai on the Bund for 2 nights. We booked a corner room with curved glass overlooking the river on the 12th floor. The room was clean and the view was great, we could see the Pearl Tower. Unfortunately, it rained all day when we stayed, so it was a different experience. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the river and you can walk to Yi Yuan Park from the hotel. The service was very good. The staff greeted us with warmly welcome smiles

Really impressive design and looks for a small hotel, really happy with my room as it was so spacious and comfortable. If you learn how to speak to the smart speaker it can do things like play music and open curtains for you 🤩
Breakfast lounge looks small but is sufficient, you get a cooked breakfast as well as usual buffet style choices.

The front desk let me check in earlier upon my arrival, helped me with my huge luggages. Cozy place.
Walking distance to yu yuan. Don’t like to walk? Don’t worry, hotel provides free shuttle to few must visit spot all day long, utilise and save on didi :) Walking distance to 小杨生煎 too.
Love the room setting, huge space for 2 large luggage and a cabin luggage, still have spacious walkway. The window is covered with net prevent mosquito visit 😛 yet still can feel the chilling weather of Shanghai.
The most impressive staff is ms 葛强芬 at the 2F dining, hardworking from front desk, rapid cleaning, fill water for coffee machine, replenish food and check on our needs. I left a jacket and she kept for me until my next day visit. 😍
Unlimited drinking water, chilled or warm to your liking. The warm flower tea served at lobby is nice too! Complimentary canned drink in the fridge.
Linen clean and daily housekeeping. Super hardworking team.
Besides, the intercom is picked up by human, feel more human touch. They helped me with my MeiTuan order as I did not have local mobile.

SSubash LHotel is located pretty near to Pudong Airport, making way to the airport fast and convenient.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes.
Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse).
If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin.
Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services.
Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.

However, the hotel is always short of staff.
We always have to wait very long time to talk to the staff, no matter we want to check in, ask questions, add one more night reservation etc.
The cleanliness of the room’s floor may need to be improved.

DDavid TiahStayed here twice to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to take a metro to Disneyland in the morning and back at night. You take the Pusan Road station for that. The hotel room itself was nice and comfy. I would say it is great for the price. Just note that the way the bathroom was built can seem a little weird and can be a bit small, especially for a big guy like me. Other then that, I would say, highly recommended.
