The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall.

The area is so beautiful.. it's really hard to get into this hotel.. it's not systematic and really annoying.. for those who want to bathe in the pool, make sure you bring a swimming suite, otherwise you won't be allowed to bathe. Owner did not write ready to bring swimming suite

FFadzli RosliIts not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. The views from the room were stunning, especially in the mornings when we could see the lush greenery of the golf course. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, making us feel at home right away.

BBellahueyThis is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasnβt expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of βIβm too good to serve youβ. Itβs unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. Iβm taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

IilyyOverall good trip. Room was clean just the bathtub still had dirt that couldnβt go down the drain. Shower could get flooded if not careful. Great location near the airport and close to malls by car. Service was mixed we had some really excellent service from some but poor from some staff. Food at the club were just pasties so we had breakfast at the main area, was alright, choices were limited. Happy to have the cocktails at the nice club lounge. Gym was good. Pool was generally full of kids. Didnβt try the spa. Note the club is in a separate annex from the other rooms. Would consider returning for the location.

GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror π€© but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancyππ. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application
