Hotel Review: A Great Stay for a Night Event I stayed at Putrajaya Marriot Hotel for one night to attend a night event, and I must say, everything was awesome! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from IOI City Mall, making it easy to explore the area. As for the room, although it was on the smaller side, it was surprisingly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well-maintained, and I found the bed to be very cozy. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – it was super delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the meal and it was a great way to start the day. However, I did have a minor issue when the housekeeping knocked on my door a little too early before the check-out time, which disrupted my morning a bit. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event nearby or simply looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay. Rating: 4/5 – Great location, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast, but a minor hiccup with housekeeping timing.

The hotel was overall nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the amenities were great. The only thing was the front dest staff was kind of weird to us. I told them that I booked the room with two breakfast per room per day, but they insisted that they would only give us one per room per day even if it was clearly stated on the booking voucher. They even told us to talk with trip.com and that it's not their problem. Finally, after I showed them the voucher again, they gave in and said that okay, I'll make it in the system for you so that you can have two breakfast per room per day. I was pissed.

I was grateful to the management and staff of this hotel because when they cannot give me the 2 twin bed room that I booked, the hotel upgraded us to a suite room with complementary breakfast. That made my stay in the hotel more memorable and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices, unfortunately, I dont have time to try everything because of early commitment.

The location is quiet and good. The level of cleanliness is less than good. The owner is a helpful person. I don’t think I can rent him again.

The check in counters are unique, just like a bar counter. The hotel lobby have 1 arcade game machine, 1 pool table, 1 football table, a dart board, card games, jenga and Mancala. There's resting area and working tables and coffee and tea, all free for hotel guests to play and use. The restaurant at the lobby is convenient, and the food is good. The lift lobby is unique, buttons are sensors. Very good services at the check-in counter. The rooms are clean, air-conditioning is great, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the hot water is great, the housekeepers are very polite and great at their work. The window views are great It's convenient to have the big shopping mall just right beside with the IOI convention centre. And big car park below. The roof top bar are fun and have great food too. The swimming is cool and there is swings too, cool place to lay down and relax. The Hotel have complimentary shuttle bus to the airport.
