The location of Skypark Hotel is very comfortable for the travelers. It’s very close to 2 subway stations and only 7 mins walk from DDP. The room itself was very cosy and nice, but a bit small. There was everything we needed in the room. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. What about the service though… The man at the front desk was pretty professional, but very cold. He took our passports, quickly pressed some buttons on the electronic kiosk, gave us the paper with the codes, very briefly explained how to use it and send us to the elevator without giving us any time to realize what is happening. Very quick check in and check out. The cleaning lady was very polite, helpful and understanding.

I have stayed in Dongdaemun more than 50 times on business trips. So I guess I've conquered almost all the hotels in Dongdaemun? I've stayed there so many times. Among them, Ashley House is the No.1 in hospitality and convenience. Price range. It was a comfortable hotel that I don't want to think of any other than Ashley House from now on. Let me review my impressions in detail! [Convenience] The subway station is close, the bus stop is close, and the bus stop to Incheon Airport is close. There is no trouble with access to anything. It is also located on the well-known APM PLACE, so you can arrive by just saying a word to the taxi driver from Seoul. It is the most convenient place to go night shopping in Dongdaemun. To go to NyuNyu, which has recently become popular among Japanese people, just take the elevator down and take the bus right in front of you, and you will arrive in 5 minutes without walking. There is only one elevator to the hotel, so access to the room is great and not tiring! [About the room] The room has a microwave, a water server with hot and cold water, a washing machine, a kitchen, and even a microwave. There is a transformer so you won't have any trouble charging your phone. I've stayed at hotels that are twice as expensive as this one, but none of them have everything. If I wanted to eat ramen at the hotel in the middle of the night, I would fill it with hot water at a convenience store and bring it into the hotel. I was very grateful to have it in the room. The sunshine is excellent and the view is great. There is a full-length mirror and a makeup mirror to help me get ready, so it was helpful. I thought the little considerations were wonderful. The calm space was so comfortable that it felt like I was at home when I came on vacation. The cleanliness was 100 points! On the contrary, I felt like I was really okay with this price. 🥺 [Hospitality] This is the part that impressed me the most. This hotel does not have a front desk, so when you make a reservation, the owner will send you a secret number. I was always in contact with the owner on LINE in advance. The owner of Fariy House speaks Japanese very well, so if you have any problems or questions, he will explain them very carefully. The return bus was to Gimpo, but I couldn't find any information on the internet, so I asked the owner, who gave me detailed information with an easy-to-understand map and timetable, and even asked if I could show me to the bus stop. 😭 I'm very grateful for the owner's consideration, which makes me understand why Fariy House is a popular hotel. I was worried about what I would do if it became too popular and I couldn't get a reservation, but I'd like to express my gratitude for finding this hotel, which made my work go so smoothly. Acube Hotel was perfect for our short stay. Located close to subway line 2 Eulji-ro 4 (see picture for reference of neighborhood), connected to all places of interest and Airport Railway. Room was clean, with all amenities. Check in was fast and easy, check out even easier. It was one of the few places that would accommodate our family of 5 for a fair price. I’d consider it again if ever going again to Seoul.

🏨Hotel Skypark Kingstown Dongdaemu’s location is perfect! It’s literally next to Hyundai Outlet mall and other big shopping malls in Dongdaemun. 🚊Subway and bus stop is walking distance. 🍱 Tons of restaurants around to choose from. 🛍️ Most shops are open until 5am around Dongdaemun so even if you arrive in Seoul late, you can still walk around and check some stores. 📝note: the hotel’s check in lobby is on the 14th floor, and it’s self service (very convenient). They also provide free bus ride to some places (look at the picture for reference). 🚌Airport shuttle bus is 18,000won (94RMB)

Location: First of all, it was located in front of the bar of Chungmuro Station, so the accessibility was very good! As soon as I got off the station, it was easy to find because it was right there, and it was easy to move to the subway. In addition, there are many food nearby, so I ordered it to be delivered in the evening. At night, I went out with my friends and played in my favorite bar. 🍻 Room interior, cleanliness: First of all, the room stayed in a room for three people, but it was wider than I thought, so three people went to sleep. It was enough, very neat and clean. There was also a table, so it was easy to eat, and it was okay to bring a laptop and see the work! The bathroom is clean and Netflix is available (you need to use your own ID). There is a washing machine, induction, and sink, so you can cook and wash! (I haven't used it, but,) it was just new and tidy because the bathroom was just built. Is it a little unusual that the sink is on the outside? It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't as noisy as Hongdae or Sinchon. It was nice to be quiet at night, not like a noisy downtown area, but because of its good accessibility and location, it was convenient to use public transportation and places to eat or cafes around. It was nice to have a lot! I stayed with my friends, but I think it would be suitable if you are looking for a place to stay for long-distance business trips or business purposes.. !

The rooms are business-class, but it is a cost-effective hotel. It is located in a great location for exploring Seoul, including Ikseon-dong Cafe Street, Insa-dong, palaces, and Jongmyo Shrine, and is well connected to public transportation. It is also a place where bars and restaurants are concentrated. The location is so good that you can see anywhere in Seoul within walking distance.

Very good access to public transport, both bus and subway. Unfortunately, rooms facing the street are very noisy, especially when there are small car races going on at night. So always ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Practically furnished rooms. Pretty clean apart from a few outliers (see pictures). The lounge is nicely furnished with a reading corner and billiards, but it is brutally loud. The music and the babble of voices linger on the bare walls. The elevator control is from the Bronze Age. No detection of full elevators which then stop unnecessarily three times along the way. No detection if no one is waiting for the elevator. In short, you unfortunately spend an unnecessary amount of time waiting for the elevator.

It's a bit of a walk from Hongdae Station, but with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores along the way, the walk is enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, and everything was comfortable, though the room with two beds was a bit small. I had a great stay and would book here again if I visit Korea.

Room no. 1811, stayed 9 nights for a big rest. Woke me up really early at first 2 mornings as railways and working sites are nearby. You have to plug the earbuds which the hotel provides to minimise the noise from these. Apart from that, the room is clean and modern, quite comfy, walkable to the train station and shopping plaza(around 500 meters). I didn't use the pool and restaurant so I don't want to comment but the room service were amazing especially the fries 🍟 and burgers. Thanks to the manager Sue who is accommodating and helpful to changed the room twice for me which let me have a good rest. Overall a pleasant stayed.

Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.
