Location was convenient, being very close to the bus station and within walking distance of the subway. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated being able to enter earlier than the specified time. The host was friendly and provided clear instructions. The room was spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases comfortably. However, the amenities could be improved. The washing machine was not functional, and the bathroom only offered a small bar of soap instead of body wash. Despite these inconveniences, our overall stay at E Residence was pleasant.

It is good room ... Good location at reasonable price ,staff is so kind they speak english , ground floor you can find small cafe where you even can have some tasty smoothie... We stayed in September 2024 this year we enjoyed staying hope you will so

Hotel is nice and the owners are so lovely!

This was my second time to stay here and it was just as good! A very easy place to stay with basic needs and a great price. I really like this place as it feels homely and has all the basic needs covered. The people are friendly and the area is interesting. For me it was close to the river which was great for running! I plan to stay here on my next trip to Seoul!

The building is old, so it may be difficult for those who want cleanliness, but I think it's good value for money for a stay in Sinsa at this price. The owner was also kind. There is also a washing machine, so it may be convenient for long-term stays.

Very good location of the hotel, everything you need is nearby. The area is calm, there are residential buildings nearby. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Not expensive! The attitude of the staff is excellent! Very kind hosts! It feels like home here! There is a good restaurant on the ground floor, the food is delicious! We were allowed to leave later than the allotted time.) We will only stay here on our next trips!

It's conveniently located right behind Starbucks, about a 5 minute walk from Exit 3 of Shinsa Station. There is a CU nearby, but the selection may not be very good. I wonder if it's manned until around 7pm? When you check in, you will be given a card key and explained in mixed English how to lock the room. He was a kind uncle. What about the room? You take off your shoes at the entrance and go to your room, so it feels more like an apartment for a single person than a hotel. Face towels for the number of nights you will stay, small soap (disposable), toilet paper, hair dryer I don't know if I didn't clean the inside of the drawer or what, but it was scary because there were things like used socks in there. There were also a lot of unused condoms. So I wonder if there are many people who use it that way. Delivery health-like. The water pressure in the shower was good. The toilet is the type where you throw the toilet paper in the trash instead of flushing. It was inconvenient that there was no outlet near the bed. When I checked out, there was no one around early in the morning, so there was a sign posted at the exit that said, ``Please return the key in this box,'' so I put it there.

It is small but quiet and cool. If you just want to sleep and do skin care, it is a good choice

The location is given 3 stars because the hotel is located on a steep slope. The service is good and the owner and his wife are enthusiastic, but the service is not very good. There are two washing machines but no dryers. The bed was a bit unstable, but overall it was worth the price.
