The view is good because it is on a high floor. The view of Namsan and the city are worth seeing.
I liked the spa water because it made my skin smooth, probably because it was soft water.
It's great for an elderly mother to enjoy a relaxing bath and spa.
This is a hotel I want to visit again.

The hotel is really bad! 1. Poor service attitude 2. Old, worn-out facilities 3. Inconvenient transportation. I tried to communicate with the hotel to cancel the order because of visa delays, but Banyan Tree's attitude was too bad, and there was no intention to communicate. Even 3-4 days in advance, it could not be cancelled. At night, because some equipment needed service staff to come to the room for debugging, the waiter came to check and said he would go back to check and come again, and then he never showed up again. 2. The hotel is really old, old and broken. You can see traces of mold in the wooden places in the hotel. My friend's room was also very noisy at night because of the aging of electronic equipment and couldn't fall asleep. 3. The transportation is really inconvenient. We went there for the tennis court, but it was also troublesome to book the tennis court. In short, there are too many slots in the Banyan Tree Seoul, and the experience is very poor, suffocating!
