All 4 hours I was forced to sit in a nearby cafe and wait for at least some results, because it was impossible to contact the hotel. I called several times from the airport, from the cafe, not once did they pick up the phone. I had to write to trip.com support, after which it turned out that the hotel does not speak English at all. How is this possible if there is a note that this hotel is ONLY for foreigners?!
After I got into the room, thinking that all the problems were behind me, a new trash began. I saw that there was hair on the pillowcase. I don't know why, I sniffed this pillow, after which it immediately became clear that someone had clearly already used this bed linen. I wrote to support again, because I was not going to sleep on this. As a result of VERY long negotiations, the owner of the hotel said that it was already late, so no one would come. They could change everything tomorrow. And how I was supposed to sleep - no one knows.
For all 10 days that I rented this accommodation, cleaning was never done, although I wrote to support about this, the hotel said that they would clean, but this never happened.
