Love this resort; a lot of facilities & activities to do in this resort. Love the apartment-like resort that we felt like we were home after check in👍🏽

Room are clean and modern. Lots of privacy Due to it is Service Apartment style, 1- you need to sort out your trash and bring it to the bin ( Fine will be imposed if is not sorted or clear out ) 2- you need to wash up your dish and put in back in cupboard before you check out. You need to go over to Marriott hotel if you wanna swim.....not within the compound. There are free parking lot, open and spacious, so if you drive in Jeju is great. Shin Hwa Marriot ****** and hotel is a 3-5 min drive away. Shopping and bowling arcade with lots of eatery in the mall area.

The apartment is very near to the theme park and provides free theme park admission. However, we need to drive out to get to the other attractions. Convenience store is nearby and the sauna and indoor swimming pool is a plus especially during cold weather. The apartment area does not seem to be solely owned by the hotel organisation. Therefore, there may be a mix of residents and tourists.

Good accommodations for family trip.

The room is spacious, the facilities are modern, and the service is polite and thoughtful. The whole family is very satisfied. It adds a touch of color to our trip to Jeju Island. Thank you very much!

The service is good, the atmosphere is good, the swimming pool is good, there is a Hangyeong restaurant nearby, and it's cheap and good to eat simple fried shrimp at Chubi Chubi.

This is my second visit. Overall, there was no cleaning. The bedding in the Ondol room had eyelashes, hair, etc., so I requested a replacement. The topper is very low, making it uncomfortable to sleep on the floor. I asked for just the topper and was told there would be an additional charge. Other hotels and even pensions give you an additional service if you request an additional service, but Somerset seems to charge extra for even the smallest thing. Of course, the floor gets sizzled and the soles of your feet get wet. They cleaned so sloppily that there was a bunch of dust rolling around and I threw it in the trash. It was 3 nights and 2 nights, so I slept for one day and asked for cleaning the next day. They said they would clean it once every two days and they would rent a vacuum cleaner, so I rented it and cleaned it myself. Also, there was a pleasant smell in the master bathroom... I have two babies under 24 months old and the cleanliness was the worst. Even if you go for a low price, isn't it a really cheap pension? The good thing is that the breakfast was delicious and it was a trip for mothers and children without father. It was nice and kind of them to help the 4-year-old boy get in and out of the pool. When I visited two years ago, it was nice and comfortable, so I visited again, but I was disappointed.

The Somerset Serviced Apartments in Jeju Island is generally more suitable for a family. It is a bit like a community where you can check in by yourself. The hotel cleans every three days, which is a little small for traveling families. After all, you need to change your bath towels frequently when playing in the water, so the experience in this aspect is a little worse. In addition, we checked the weather in advance before going to Jeju Island, which showed that there would be only two days of rain. As a result, when we got there, the phone was connected to the warning of thunderstorm weather, showing that there was only one day a week without rain... Because we were traveling for our birthday, we originally planned to celebrate our birthday there, but the weather was not good. So we wanted to leave two days early. Here, we have to give extra praise to Ctrip's service staff for their hard work. Ctrip customer service communicated with the hotel several times without success, and then contacted the supervisor, but the hotel could not agree to refund the hotel room fee for early departure. However, the hotel room was not full at the time, and we left 2 days early and did not affect the hotel sales, but it still didn't work. Finally, Ctrip customer service said that Ctrip would give me a consolation fund because it was my birthday, but it did not give me a satisfactory result. This is very heartwarming to me. Although it did not help me reach the check-out fee, Ctrip's attitude and service made me feel that it was thinking about customers everywhere. I have to give a thumbs up to the Ctrip customer service staff who served me! In the end, we went to the lobby to communicate with the front desk again. The hotel manager finally agreed, and I did not ask for Ctrip's compensation. Mutual understanding and trust in service and communication is the best experience.

The room is so spacious that I think it would be enough for a large family! It was clean, spacious and very nice! The view is crazy!!! I had a good rest~
