駅の目の前でアクセスが最高な老舗ホテルでした。ベテランぽいフロントの方の雰囲気が個人的に好感触でした。夏祭りイベントの駄菓子プレゼントが可愛かったです。お世話になりました。

It was a long-established hotel with the best access in front of the station. I personally liked the atmosphere of the veteran front desk. The sweets presented at the summer festival event were cute. thank you for helping me.

ホールでコンサート観覧予定があったため宿泊しましたがとても便利でした。建物が古めですが清潔感は保たれていました。
部屋の鍵を外出時預けるよう案内があり、そこは少々面倒くさいな…とは思いました。
駅からもすぐなのでリピートはありかなという感じです。

チェックインのお客様がすごく多いのにフロントの対応が1人。 応援を呼ぶこともなく、来ることもなく 外出から帰ってきて鍵を受け取るまで30分以上待たされた。 あと室内のテレビの使い勝手がすごく悪いし 電波がたまに切れる。

It was a visit since March on a business trip from Nagoya. When I arrived at the hotel without any care, all the staff, including the section manager, greeted me with the best smile. It was a hotel response that had a problem before, but the response to forget it completely continued this time for 8 months! I stayed very comfortable. The company staff also accompanied me, so the stock also rose. If you are lost in Sendai, it is recommended.

The service was substantial because the number of customers was decreasing in this time. ４５００ yen is a plan with a free ticket for parking lot with breakfast, and it can be said that it is a cheap plant considering the transportation and the surrounding environment. If it was strong and difficult, it might have been good if the TV in the room was a little larger.

It was an old established hotel with the best access in front of the station. The atmosphere of the veteran front desk was personally good. The sweets present for the summer festival event was cute. thank you for your help.
