We absolutely loved our stay at Nipponia Mino. We stayed in a two story apartment in the converted warehouse across from the main hotel and it was so beautiful. Each room had thoughtful stunning details - beautiful art on washi paper, a gorgeous soaking cedar tub, and antique furnishings. The host was incredibly helpful with suggestions of things to see and places to eat. We went to the soba restaurant across the street and he walked us there so we knew where it was (which was very lucky because otherwise we would've missed it.)
