I arrived a bit early and dropped bag and got an email to say my room was ready not long after so got to check in early. Everything just works here - friendly staff, all as expected. Gym is awesome and clean too.

A roomy room with a decent view. The staff was kind and attentive. I liked being able to walk to the museum and to Target. Alexa in the room was a nice touch. The inside doors of the elevators need revisiting and numbering order in them is one of a kind.

Great venue in terms of location. Staff very helpful. The real downer was the cleaning.Although our room was cleaned to good standard, the public area was not. One of the rooms opposite had a discarded cleaners black glove outside on the floor for 2 days. Also by the lifts on the 26th floor was a discarded coffee cup on the table. This was left there when we arrived and was still there when we checked out.

Big room with excellent bedding and modern design for both business and leisure travelers. Excellent location for tourists and shopping and dining. Courteous staff are efficient and friendly in providing best quality service.

I had the opportunity to stay at Warwick, Seattle for just one night! We landed in Seattle and drove straight to the hotel. The lobby is clean and inviting, with a fire lit in the fireplace. Check in was easy, shortly after arrival to our room a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake was delivered to us! Bonus points after a long day of traveling! The room was clean and in order. The highlight has to be the views of the city - they were absolutely incredible! We sat on the bed drinking champagne while listening and watching the energy of the city below. We only had one day in Seattle, so in the morning we checked out of the hotel. They allowed us to leave out car parked in their garage while we explored the city for the morning! This gave them extra bonus points, it was so nice to not have to deal with finding more parking elsewhere. The hotel was walking distance to cute breakfast cafes and pikes place market! We walked down to the market from the hotel, and have such a lovely morning. I would definitely recommend a stay at Warwick! It is worth the price, and the price is extremely reasonable. With the views offered, you can't beat the price!

Make sure you compare your credit card charges to your actual reservation charge prior to checking out. My credit card was charged $210 more than what my total reservation was. I didn’t know why the difference was so much. When I went to check out, I was told it was for high speed data charges. I have an unlimited phone plan. I don’t need to be connected to the hotel website. When I connected my netbook, I made sure to select the free Wi-Fi. The hotel receptionist told me they would take the charges off my bill which they did. As a Marriott Bonvoy member i rec'd a message to check in to my room. I checked in on the app and requested an early check in and extra towels. When i got to the hotel, the receptionist was okay but not warm and welcoming. i did not receive early check in and no extra towels. This doesn’t matter to me as much as being overcharged but Corporate Marriot should not be sending emails or messages to its members offering early check in or other requests if the local hotel cannot provide such things. Overall i had a good stay, and i would have rated this hotel 4 circles but they lost a circle b/c of the overcharge. The location of the hotel was good, a 10 minutes’ walk from Westlake station. The room was a bit smaller than other Residence Inns' i stayed at but still good. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The room had a closet and dresser. The shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. Beds and towels were comfortable. What was a bit annoying was the way the lights worked in the room. The master controls the lights in the entire room. It is also connected to the nightstand so if you charge your phone, the power will shut off in the middle of the night! I woke up a couple of mornings to phone not charged 100% and wasn’t sure exactly what it was. The lights have some sort of motion detector thing which shuts off the power at night. I finally figured it out and was able to adjust the nightstand light. The breakfast was good but the area of the breakfast cannot hold the amount of guests this hotel has. Within 30 minutes many of the items available were gone. Replenishing took a little bit. The hot water used for tea had a slight coffee taste. What would add to the breakfast would be peanut butter. They had jams, cream cheese, jellies, butter, but no peanut butter.

Came here for a convention and the walking distance was great. Plenty of restaurants around that you can walk to as well. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. They also have rolling carts for your luggage (not every hotel has them apparently). If you are wondering how to check in, you can stop up front real quick and then park. It took us a couple rounds around the block to figure out where to pull in at but that’s to be expected in a city with lots of buildings and parking. The parking is rough for a large SUV but we managed! Absolutely recommend! Worth every penny.

Stayed here recently. The hotel is a little worn, but we stayed here for only 1 night so no big deal. It's probably not a place I'd stay with children though. Bed was comfortable, and despite the fact that the room was right beside the highway, it was surprisingly quiet. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and it was plentiful. Not just your typical continental, you could choose from the following: Eggs, Sausages, Waffles, Fresh fruit, Bagels, Muffins, croissants, Toast, Yoghurts, Cereal, Juices, Tea, Coffee, Water. Something for everyone. Two ladies at reception - afternoon shift and morning shift, seemed like they did not like their job. At check in, the receptionist literally said NOTHING to us. the entire check in was silent with exception of asking for a credit card. No information given. When we asked about car park and other facilities, she rolled her eyes and then advised us. The morning receptionist was not any better, and then proceeded to provide us with completely conflicting information than what we got last night from the other employee. That definitely did put a downer on the experience. Hotel is 15m walk from pike place market and while we are familiar with Seattle and feel safe there, we wouldn't recommend this place for a first time stay.

The hotel is located in a developing area. It is convenient to reach the Space Needle and Amazon unmanned store within a 10-minute walk. In addition to the toilet, the room is clean and tidy, and the kitchenette has additional zinc plates, refrigerators, and microwaves. Checked in on the 15th. Told my significant other to call ahead and request early checkin ( traveling with young children ) Arrived around 1045am. At first the girl at the desk didn’t even read the notes ( or maybe no notes were inputed ). Stepped into the conversation as my significant other was the one who made the reservation. I kindly asked if we could get a complimentary early checkin and that I would leave a stellar review, as the desk agent ( female ) was about to just checkin our luggage only. Jacob the FOM steps in and sees there’s a room available, gets us in AND gives us complimentary breakfast for our 2 day stay. Super friendly, super professional could tell he didn’t mind accommodating us. FYI I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of front desk management experience in Anchorage, Alaska. Being respectful and polite to the staff at the hotel goes a LONG way. Be nice. And you will have a great stay GM… it’s people like Jacob who will one day take your job if you don’t do your job correctly ;) Keep up the good work Jacob you have tons of potential! Cyrus
