Scharbeutz Hotels with Pools

We wanted to try the Bayside long times. The expectations were high, but we were unfortunately disappointed. We are really not pingingly. As often as in Bayside we never had to attend the reception to make our discomfort known. In the bathroom it smells to urine. Just like the completely calcified shower. For a 4Sterne + hotel already poor. The kits are a disaster, filled with ”puppewatte”, these offer no support function. It was also very warm in the room at night. We could not find a heating controller. We had spent a little more money and booked with sea view. Our room was in 2.OG and our view went over 20m green roof for the first time. We could see the water too but nothing from the beach. Our view to the right and left was also restricted by the construction style (U-form). Lateral sea view would have been the better alternative here. Unfortunately, the sea view is not worth its money. Another room we could not get. In the sauna no one felt so properly responsible. The walls were empty, the drinking water was constantly empty, the cloud covers in the rest area were only on the first of 5 days. The food (we had a arrangement with 3 dinners) was good and sufficient of the amount. Breakfast was also good. The staff was friendly but not equally recognized in the breakfast area because everyone had something different. A little uniformity would have been good for the whole. And the bar is unfortunately not very cheap.

The small, charming hotel is worthwhile by its excellent location and its great potential. It is obvious that the quality standards of a Grand Hotel are aiming. However, we believe that there is lack of qualified staff and effective management that enforces these standards. In the breakfast area there was lack of cups and cocktails. When I pointed out to the staff, a service force reacted very hysterically, saying they were only third and that for financial reasons no additional staff could be recruited. In this case, I was pushed unsatisfactoryly on my shoulder and strongly asked to complain about the reception. Since I had already been disregarded by a dishonest kindness, I renounced it. The hotel was not in the entire hotel, even at the reception at request. So the chaos remained uncoordinated and the laughter was first bad. Some staff seem to be trying to show their dissatisfaction with the management, but the cleaning staff and the Eastern European staff were good at work and always friendly. “The common thing between a guest and a staff member is that both are not forced to be there.”
