INCROYABLE. Franchement rien a dire, c’était juste magnifique! Un reve cet hotel, il y a TOUT. Et la vue waw. Petit conseil: a 2000m d’altitude il fait froid alors prenez des vêtements chauds!

Stepping into Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, I am immediately transported into a place of relaxation and it’s almost when time has stood still. No doubt, the service standards has been from start to finish extremely impeccable. I am very amazed that the staff are all very polite and very friendly and forthcoming. In particular, I am very impressed with Cristina, a staff from Bella Vista Italian Restaurant. Cristina has been so friendly and she has managed to make us feel at home even only with just a dinner affair. The attention to details of provided is mind blowing and I so impressed by the breakfast buffet spread that I am spoilt for choices. Notwithstanding, the view is absolutely breathtaking and each time I stand at the viewpoints of the hotel I am always amazed at he grandeur of the canyons that the hotel overlooks. This place is a must visit for anyone who wants luxurious living , glorious view sand excellent service standards.

The infinity pool villa we stayed in was beautiful! Although it was only one night I enjoyed my time, the weather was good but it became cool at night. Sahan, the person who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming, he gave us a tour and prepared our villa very nicely and provided everything we asked for. My friends and I had lunch at the Italian restaurant and enjoyed the view at Diana view point. We picked up some fresh fruits and then spent the rest of our time in our beautiful villa ❤️ I would comeback again for sure. Although I would like to point out that the toilet emanated bad sewer smell that can be fixed by adding an air refresher, also when I checked out one of the staff made a mistake with the amount given to me but later they contacted me and fixed the problem and apologized for the hassle.

Everything was good. I was the only one who came to the hotel by myself. Diana corner was full of couples. During dinner, a singer came to sing perfect, which made me look even more miserable. The hotel cats were not afraid of people. The black cat was a little injured. I bought a lot of cat and dog food from muscat to feed them during hiking. Later, the hike was cancelled and I decided to lie down in two hotels and give them all to the cats here. The weather is getting hotter and hotter. It is really not easy for the workers and animals in the Middle East.

This hotel was amazing. The location and the view are magnificent. The food is delicious, even the buffets (dinner and breakfast) were a hit. The service was impeccable and the many activities offered were well organised.

Beautiful structure, location and very well cared for. Nice gym and spa (sauna has too low temperature). Considering the level of the structure, I would have expected free services such as: aperitif and snacks in the afternoon, 1 free yoga session.

Good breakfast with wide variety (incl. whole coconut, hummus, etc). Nice pool. There is another luxury hotel in the same price range about 25 minutes away in this area. We visited that one for lunch and saw that the location/view from the other hotel was even more spectacular. The location of Anantara is already very good, but it could be even better :-)

This was my first time visiting Anantara resort Jabal AlAkhdar, I booked a Deluxe Canyon View Room. The resort has a great location and view. However, I faced several issues: When I first arrived to the resort while checking in I was handed the bill of my room including transportation after quickly reviewing it i realized I was charged 200 Kuwaiti dinars, which is about $600 price difference from what I booked and their website. I mentioned it to the staff member he reviewed it with the manager and then said this is taxes. I showed him the receipt I had by email which included taxes he went back to the manager, and then told me I was charged twice in the receipted for transportation by mistake and then he fixed it. The second issue I faced I booked a yoga session at 5pm and when I came there to yoga session has started from 4:30pm then the staff members booked me for the 6pm session and charge me fully. Thirdly, I went on a four hour hike, and when I came back, the room was not clean after I mentioned it to the manager they looked after my room till i checked ou, do every customer have to complain to the manager for his room to be cleaned? Forth issue was I told the manager to book my transport to the airport at 5 AM two days ahead the day after I checked my transportation with the front desk and they told me that I am not booked for transportation, so I booked it again and double checked later that day. I am from Kuwait and I felt that some races are treated and looked after more than other races. It is disappointing that I faced all these issues, and only three nights with a premium resort and hotel brand.
