This place was supposed to be smoke free and room REAKED OF smoke; The place was FILTHY! Carpet was ripped and sofa was so stained and ripped my dog would not even lay down next to it. We would not have stayed if I could have got money back. Leaving in morning maid was coming out of room with a butt in her mouth!!!! We will be looking for ,omey back. I am looking into going to corporate...

It was clean and in a very good location. Staff was nice and understanding. Great parking and breakfast wasn't bad either. I would for sure tell a friend.

The place was so dirty, there was literal feces on the tub, broken furniture, and dirty sheets and pillows. We were given a second room after ******* called and it was even worse. I am still upset I will not be allow d a full refund and I even paired extra for insurance and since this space is a bio hazard it should have granted a full refund. But the front desk guy was rude, didn't care, was not apologetic, and even ignored the calls from ******* who was called back the second time when the second room didn't work out. This place is unsafe and uninhabitable.

from tthe moment we walked in the hotel it was a bad ex-eriece. no elevator, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and out on the outer hallway all the way to another hallway to our room. The carpet was filthy, stained.not enough towels for 4 people in the room. microwave was discusting and rusty inside. no alarm clock and phone had no connection to work. phone was filthy too. however the bed was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was decent. but not the best. This hotel leaves much to be desired. The worst was a man was outside near our door on the phone. my husband had to get out of bed to ask the man dst to please quiet down we were trying to bo to sleep, why the man didn't go in his room to talk is crazy. But very rude. i would not recommend the hotel to anyone. beware
