During our recent stay at The Bay Room (May, 2024), Zachariah, truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He provided a baby crib for our newborn and made sure my family had everything we needed. He even took the time to personally give us a tour of the establishment and provided a map of recommended local locations to visit. The Bay Room was perfect, offering amazing views of Alcatraz, the Bay Bridge, and downtown San Francisco. This room is ideal for families with children or for a romantic night with your partner. The fireplace with an eco-friendly log adds a cozy touch. Zachariah’s exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. The establishment's commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction is evident. We loved everything about our stay. Starting with the warm greeting, the fabulous service, the amazing accommodations and the incredible views. We can’t wait to come back for another visit. If you need to recharge your batteries I highly recommend this location.
