Convenient transportation, good surrounding environment, convenient shopping, hotel facilities are relatively new, waiters will change new sheets every day, breakfast is also rich in foreign countries, and will change the pattern every day. The lobby will provide simple afternoon refreshments and fruit every day. In short, it is a good experience, and I will choose it next time.

A hotel with a relatively affordable price. The standard breakfast can meet the requirements of ordinary people. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. I also found that there is a sofa bed in the room that can be pulled out. It can fully meet the needs of a family of three or even four.

First time staying at this hotel chain. Our last hotel stays at Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary Downtown and DoubleTree by Hilton at downtown Florida were pretty average so decided to try something new. Very impressive decor, trendy and functional. Nice bright colour touches in lobby and room. Room design was the best I have seen and experienced in recent times. Nice to see that they got rid of bathtub and replaced it with standing shower. Room decor was mix of modern and barn style with expose front wall and ample use of wood all around. Very nicely done. Gym was adequate. Didn’t try restaurant. Good to see that they have daily Housekeeping service unlike the hotels I mentioned above. For us, entering into dirty rooms after all day is big NO, NO. Location was perfect too. Close to many restaurants and coffeehouses. Breakfast and parking not included in room rate. We found the free parking close by on both nights and went to different coffeehouses for breakfast. Highly recommended

The guys are friendly and helpful and trying hard to make a living. The place needs a lot of repair and so much cleaning ,it’s really below standard. It would cost money to fix things and clean things and then they could charge more. At the end they would see more profit in there pockets.

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip for a medical appointment and was very happy with our stay. Our hotel was within walking distance of all the appointments as well as our dinner plans. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Pillows were a bit too soft but that seems to be the norm. The hotel was nice and quiet. The parking garage is a bit tight if you have a big vehicle. We had breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. All in all, no complaints!

Amazing and accommodating staff! Each one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and smiling. My wife and I booked the jacuzzi suite and it was roomy and well laid out! One tip would be to include some bubble bath :) The few ”negatives” are.... was 8/10 clean but overall nothing to complain about and bath robes were missing which they provided promptly when asked. I do wish a later checkout could have been accommodated (they did provide noon checkout) but hotel was packed so understandable. The staff checked in daily via text which was a first for us and great touch. Definitely will stay again if in Saskatoon and would recommend!!

Had a great stay! The neighbours weren’t noisy at all, nobody roamed the hallways late at night, and the service was great. You are able to adjust the room temperatures fairly quickly, the shower head had great pressure (as well as the toilet LOL), and they provide a lot of towels already in the room! The beds were comfy, different fluffiness of pillows, and comfortable bedding. Kids had fun at the water slide/hot tub, lots of parking spaces available, and good food. Definitely recommend this place since it has great pricing as well!

The guy at the reception desk was very welcoming and friendly. This makes a huge difference to me. Complimentary breakfast had variety which was great. Would have been even better with a gluten-free bread area with a seperate toaster

Outstanding
GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel multiple times with my family it has become our favourite place to stay in Saskatoon because of the full fridge, kitchen area, seating area and spacious bathroom. This trip I would give a 5 star for service alone but there are little things that could be spruced up such as the fridge could use a wipe on the top it was very dusty. The beds the pillows were great but the beds themselves left to be desired and both were noisy and creaky. The walls are very thin in this hotel you will hear a lot of noise. Continental breakfast was back to serve yourself buffet style which I was not really comfortable with yet but personal preference. The staff however like I said absolutely phenomenal. I stayed for an extended stay as I had surgery and was staying for medical reasons. They worked out a medical rate for me which I so appreciate as I love this hotel but the price per night has jumped significantly since my previous stays. Upon checking in we went to enter our room and the keys did not work, went and got them rekeyed and entered our room to find it had smelt like it had been vaped/smoked inside. I phoned down to the front desk to ask if another room was available if not it was okay. The front desk person was more than apologetic and came and met me at the elevator on the floor with new keyed room keys for a new room. I had my parents staying with me as my surgery made it so I could not drive nor lift my arms and they were accommodating to all their requests though my name was on the reservation which I appreciated since I was not very mobile. Housekeeping we didn’t need during our time but we’re always on the floor and coming by as they were back in full force no more COVID protocol of skipping room care. We had them take our garbage and would ask for toilet paper and more towels which was always handled promptly. While staying there a hockey team had checked in and my dad had made conversation with one of the housekeepers who said they designate certain floors for the hockey teams and knew we would need quiet so made sure to have us on a separate floor from them. I tried to post a review on the official marriot website but I can’t find where to do so so I do hope their staff sees the review here somehow. I had to stay at other hotels during this surgery as I had appointments in Regina and Saskatoon and this hotel with their staff and cleanliness FAR exceeded the hotel I stayed at in Regina.
GGuest UserThis was a hotel connected on one side to the Holiday Inn. It is perfect if you need to go to the University of Saskatchewan as it's right across the street. The kitchen area was very nice to have. You have a private breakfast area on the 9th floor which has eggs, meat, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, breads muffins. It was good. Only one of the days we had to call the front desk because there was no one filling and cleaning the food and by the time they refilled food at 10 to 10 AM people had already left. The other days they did have a dedicated staff member that was filling everything. There is a pool and hot tub on the main floor that is shared with the Holiday Inn guests. The staff were very friendly.. We have stayed there now on 2 different occasions and occasions and would definitely come back. On one occasion the staff were cleaning the room and had left the door wide open open which I didn't appreciate as I had left my purse on the little credenza by the front door. I know. I noticed the other days the other cleaners always did shut the door when they were cleaning. The staff are always wiping the floors and and cleaning the common areas. The only thing we didn't like was there were only 2 elevators that were shared for both the Holiday Inn and the Staybridge So often times you were waiting for an elevator.
GGuest UserThe front desk went out of their way to be helpful. I was quite sure I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds on their website, but to my surprise the reservation said 1 bed. After some back and forth, they were able to get me a room with 2 Queen beds. The room was a good size with the 2 beds, a desk, a good size closet with safe and TV and refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t large but was good enough with enough counter space for toiletries. The room was clean. The carpet was a little outdated. The outside, out back parking was convenient. I ate breakfast in the restaurant 3 times, each time ordering something different, and all choices were very good. I was told by locals that their Carver steak house is one of the best in Saskatoon. The hotel is in a great location – numerous restaurants are right around the corner and the river is just across the street. It is also a fairly easy walk (maybe 15 minutes) to the downtown that is across the river (down the bridge on Broadway) as well. All in all, I’d stay here again – but if I’ll be sure to check my reservation to make sure what I thought I reserved, is what I reserved.
GGuest UserI was booked here for 4 nights for a conference. We ended up having a staffing emergency that I found out about just hours before I was supposed to leav (due to a coworker having COVID) for Saskatoon. I called the Bessborough and told them that I was unable to come or else our department at the hospital was at risk to close some services. They refused to waive the cancellation fee. I understand it was my issue cancelled that close to check in but I have had other hotels waive the fee in the same situations since they are extenuating circumstances. I asked if I could rebook my 4 nights instead of being charged the fee and they said they would have to pre-charge my card. Very disappointed in the Bessborough's rigid policy and unwillingness to be even a little bit flexible. I would definitely book with a different hotel next time that is more understanding.
AAlberto_rzOld style hotel. Some of the furniture needs to be renovated, the armchairs were dirty and broken, night lamp was also broken. Weird smell in the corridor. I have to say the bed was very comfy and bed linen was clean. Breakfast was poor, just coffee and muffins.
YYONGQINGWestern-style breakfast, basically the same. No extra beds and free parking. When staying in Canada, except for Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, locations need to be considered. Other cities rarely need to consider location. Take Saskatoon as an example, passing through the city in ten minutes! !!
徐徐The hotel is very general, the outside environment is very poor, very old area, dusty. One day I forgot to tip, and a packet of potato chips on the table disappeared. There is no explanation. Laundry is expensive, 3 knife washes, 3 knife drying.
GGuest UserMy wife and I needed a hotel within walking distance of St Pauls hospital. We needed a clean room at an affordable price. We were pleased with the adequate room and friendly staff. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip. The staff gladly extended our checkout time as our hospital appt ran late. We would recommend this establishment.. Another bonus was the Blue Diamond restaurant right next door… Being able to walk to the hospital and avoid traffic and parking was also a plus
