We checked in at the hotel as a gymnastics team on 20.09.2024 at 12:00 to participate in the competition to be held on 21.09.2024. Our gymnasts wanted to tour the city before the competition and we left the hotel around 14:30 and returned at 18:00. The receptionist called us and said that "we have to leave the hotel in the morning of 21.09.2024, the hotel will be under repairs". Although we showed her the e-mail correspondence stating that they had confirmed our rooms for the nights of 20.09.2024 and 21.09.2024 and that we would participate in the competition on 21.09.2024, therefore, it would not be possible for us to leave the rooms because the gymnasts would go to the gym early in the morning for the competition, the woman at the reception said in an extremely rude manner that our situation or the reservation confirmation doesn't matter and that we had to leave the rooms no matter what. Thereupon, we stated that we were customers and guests at the hotel and that they could not speak to us in this manner and ended the conversation. After all, they were going to take us out of the hotel and they were doing this to a sports team. I have traveled to countless countries, stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time in my life that I have experienced such disgrace. This is a disgraceful hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. The way the receptionist spoke and the way he spoke were rude and unbecoming of the unit he worked in.
