The room is rather small for triple sharing, but the location is good. Onsen is also good with a nice lounge. You can get free drinks and soup there, as well as some snacks.

Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station.
Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza.
The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry!
Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.

Great location! There’s a side exit to the shopping alley, very convenient. Service staff were friendly & welcoming. Our room comes with breakfast & it was good. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is very clean and breakfast was good. Location is very convenient just beside Tanukikojo Shopping street. Near Susukino station.

Right in the centre of the shopping area which allow us to access to everywhere we need to. Near Susukino station which is 2 stops away from Sapporo station and one stop away from Odori station. We love the location which allow us to shop till late night...

Super nice hotel. You name it, you have it! Just doirstwp to the shopping street. Nice room, nice breakfast and very value for money. If you book during low season , wait cos there will be last minutes discount.

Great location. Nice onsen but better avoid rush hour in lounge so no need to wait for everything. Enjoyable with self selection of drinks

We stayed in the connect room, it’s very convenient for family with kids . Although the room is not very big, but the hotel has a lounge at level 2 with free drinks and ice cream within 2pm to 10pm, there is also microwave available so you could heat up stuff from the supermarket or convenient store. Location is perfect, back street access take you straight to main shopping street.
