I was traveling from MS to RJ and stayed at this hotel for a night. I arrived at 00:40 on a Saturday and my experience could not have been worse. 1. The place is extremely horrible!! Crowded with crazy people, drunks, homeless people, bottles on the floor, loud music... the place is FEARFUL; 2. When I arrived at the parking lot offered by the hotel (and in which I paid R$ 20.00 there was no more space and I had to leave the key, which I didn't feel comfortable with since all my belongings were inside); 3. Furthermore, the lobby was empty (and locked) and I had to keep calling the hotel for someone to show up. In other words, at almost 1 am I was in the middle of the street in the center of São Paulo with a cell phone in my hand (asking for a robbery, right?!). Detail: there was a car at the door with other guests trying to get in and I was warned to be careful as they could surrender me there. Great welcome! 4. The hotel claims to be pet friendly, but there is no space for pets to do their business. In other words, he is welcome at the hotel, but he cannot pee or poop anywhere? I'm not asking for a person to be available to clean or anything like that, but for me to at least have a space to walk around with the animal and collect its things. As I said before, the place is EXTREMELY dangerous and I simply wasn't allowed to even walk in the garage with my dog. In other words, I had to go out on the street, alone, at greater risk to my integrity. What establishment that calls itself pet friendly is this? 5. Breakfast wasn't great... and the coffee didn't taste good. 6. I didn't like the service given by one of the men at the entrance (I don't remember his name), as he was the one who said I couldn't walk my dog and closed the garage door almost on my head; 7. Although the room is spacious (the only positive point), it is old! The television is still tube! Amazing! LOL
