After traveling for so many years, this is the first time I write a review. It’s not that this B&B is ridiculously bad, I just want to give some reference advice to families traveling with children. First of all, the location is very good. It is lively downstairs and opposite to the sea. It is very convenient to visit. This is its characteristic. The living environment is very different from the pictures. There is a balcony overlooking the sea. Due to its age and disrepair, several roots are rotten. We don’t dare to let our children get too close for fear of accidentally causing an accident. In the middle of the night and early in the morning, the sound of doors being retracted upstairs and downstairs, and the sound of crying could be heard very clearly. The bed looks relatively new, but it is very short. It is not comfortable for my little feet to sleep on. I chose this place because it has two bathrooms, which is more convenient for two families to go out. The price was not expensive in Hainan during this period when people were following the crowd. I originally planned to stay one more night, but gave up the idea and moved to the hotel next door.

The room I booked was a bit small, but I saw that some other room types were quite spacious. The boss is very nice, answers all questions and is willing to help. The lady who cleaned the room was also very nice and took the initiative to help me carry my suitcase when I checked in. Just outside the door is the busiest part of the city center, and the bus station is very, very close. All in all, the price is very affordable in the city center.

Easy check-in & check-out, friendly staff, clean room with complete facilities. The hotel located at the superb location, 5 min walk distance to JieFangLu and 2km to the popular First Market. We have a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Sanya Bay.

Location: City center, convenient transportation and convenient travel. Environment: The lobby is clean and tidy. Service: The front desk service is very good, all kinds of problems can be solved well, and the front desk staff is attentive. He is polite, greets me proactively, always smiles, and feels very friendly! There is a landline in the room and I can call the front desk to help me solve many problems. There is free mineral water and wireless Internet in the room. The room is very comfortable to stay in. It is also very convenient to order takeaway. The facilities are complete. Surrounding areas: Sanya Bay, Sanya Bay Night Market, Pedestrian Street, and Food Street are all nearby.

A 40- or 50-year-old sister at the front desk, the service attitude is very good, the answer is very patient, and the guests can also think about us, give us suggestions, and arrange a room suitable for us. The facial cleanser was lost in the hotel room, and the waiter at the front desk contacted us in time and kept it for us. I have the opportunity to stay in the future.

Amazing hotel right on beach front close to many restaurants and fun sea going activities. The Italian restaurant on the seafront about 200 metres from hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The hotel buffet is incredible, with lots of seafood and as huge variety of other food.

Great hotel. Across the street from the beach. It's family friendly, and you've got a lot of things for kids. The only thing that is a bit bad is the shape of the hotel. If you take a room with a view it will probably face the pool and the other wing of the hotel, so basically everybody from the other side can see you. So it kinda lacks privacy, but it's great! 🙃 Also, it is a bit noisy sometimes, there is a construction site across the street, but it's really not that bad. Overall, I recommend it primarily to families and everybody else surely won't regret. Needless to say that everything was nice and great. The staff barely speaks English, but they're using the translation app to communicate and they are very helpful.

It's good. The house is very clean and well laid out. It's quite big and can accommodate four people without any problem. The small room also has a separate bathroom. The view from the balcony is particularly good at night. The price is also very reasonable and highly recommended! ! ! I just forgot to take photos, but the interior decoration is very warm and nice.

The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the parent-child room (which happened to be Peppa Pig, which the baby liked ✌️) which was spacious and clean. As a tourist city, the price-performance ratio is still good 👍, but the bathroom has a bit of smell.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.
