I got a cone and coffee when I checked in.

It's good. The house is very clean and well laid out. It's quite big and can accommodate four people without any problem. The small room also has a separate bathroom. The view from the balcony is particularly good at night. The price is also very reasonable and highly recommended! ! ! The hotel is a complete package for family vacation, whole mangrove complex is equipped with water park (mini), shopping complex (mini but with ample of good choices), multiple restaurants, and is architected with a vibrant ambiance. The hotel itself is neither old nor modern, but its service and amenities were excellent to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was super spacious as my child enjoyed running and playing here and there, and the view of mangrove property from the balcony is ”wow”. Many thanks to Ms Perou and intern Rohan, who took good care and concern for us, will definitely stay here if I come to Sanya again.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Xiaojing the receptionist was very helpful and nice and went out all to make sure I’m satisfied with everything I need. I checked late the last day of my stay and seriously no one gave me a call to let me not forget to clock out like other hotels would. I’ll book this hotel again in my next visit. The sweetest welcoming stuff.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.
