Sanya Thank U Hotel (Sanya Bay Coconut Dream Corridor Branch)

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is good, there is a buffet on the first floor which is very rich, and you can also watch the sunset on the large platform on the seventh floor. It is very nice. I am an old customer.

The location is perfect, with the light rail station at the door and a five-minute walk from the seaside. It is newly renovated and I have stayed here twice. The service staff is very enthusiastic and I will stay here again in the future when I come to Sanya!

There were six of us going together. We booked three double-bed rooms and I checked in at 12:00 noon. When you go into the toilet, there is a roll of paper that has been used by others. If it is not new, there will be some left. The next day we I called him and told him that there was no paper. He was pretty good at first and brought us a roll of paper. I was here at that time, and my aunt must have used more paper. Then a few hours later, I called him again. To get paper, this time my attitude was very impatient and said that our hotel had paper in the beginning, so shouldn’t we ask you to get it when we use it up? I replied to him and she said impatiently that the robot would give it to us in a moment. I sent it to you. I originally wanted to extend my stay, but when I saw this attitude, I checked out directly. I work as a hotel receptionist myself, so I can only say that you should choose carefully😅

酒店環境真的很好 進酒店大堂有股淡淡的的茶香 前台小姐姐很熱情服務態度很好 房間裝修風格是木質風很高級 床睡得很舒服 電視也很大 特別是廁所鏡子真的很為女生考慮 總之真的很滿意👍

前台態度挺好的，酒店就在路邊，導航很好找，因為路邊都沒有停車位，會引導停到酒店斜對面的酒店，一天15，不算很貴。不過最近晚上有工地施工的聲音，比較吵人，早上有早餐，味道尚可。離海邊很近，步行幾分鐘。
