We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! Facilities: Although it is not very new, the price/performance ratio is still very high Hygiene: It is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The scenery and greenery are very good. The room she chose has a good view and a high floor. However, there is a connecting door that I didn't like at first. Xiaochan said she would change our room, but it doesn't matter. It's a good stay.

We choose this hotel for 3 years already. Advantages: Amazing sea views, beautiful area, delicious breakfast, very pleasant beach area with a lot of shade. Room key card as a waterproof bracelet is a big plus, worry free. Abundance of activities for kids. Fire show was amazing, my son went three times. The photoshooting is included in your stay! You can get 5 pictures for free or pay 599 to get all the pictures (over 100), the shooting process was quick and fun, the pictures are very beautiful! Points to improve: Hotel has many pools but only 2 towel stands, it takes you much time to find the towels and walk to them. More towel stands would be great. Many of the activities are parent-child ones. As a parent I prefer to have some rest time and watch my child play rather than play with him. If the hotel could make a division for different age groups, toddlers could have their easy games with parents, while kids over 5 years old could play alone and have more challenging games. The foam party needs a separate registration and payment. That’s a bit troublesome. Other hotels have it daily for free. The zoo gives you a very depressive feeling - for example, the 5 little deer are kept in a tiny dirty smelly place, they look so sad, your heart is breaking… please close this “attraction”, many animals are suffering there.

hello, our family had a magnificent experience in Hainan for the first time and this hotel made us more comfortable during our trip. the location was really near to the beach it’s about 7 mins walk, even though hotel staff were always welcome to take us to the beach. also the hotel room was actually cheap even though it was clean and comfortable. lastly i really appreciate that hotel stuff’s “ million dollar smile” thank you guys. I’m recommending this hotel u guys thank u.

Amazing Family Stay at MGM Hotel! We recently stayed as a family in one of the villas at the MGM Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was top-notch. The housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring our villa was always spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the staff at Neera restaurant—Lukas, Mark, and the lovely female restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well-fed and that our kids had the best time. Their attention and genuine care made every meal memorable. The buggy rides were a highlight, thanks to Aiger, who made them so fun and engaging for the whole family! And we can’t thank Miko enough— she owas always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, impeccable service, and a great family-friendly environment, MGM Hotel is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

The place is always appealing, with its magnificent gardens and fully immersed in a green and well-kept environment. Everything is very clean, both outside and inside the villas. The staff has been always kind and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the abundant breakfast, sitting outside with a nice view over the quiet lake. Going to the beach and back is very convenient, thanks to the shuttle service, very effective and timely. We only regret we couldn’t enjoy the dinner buffet, because the music was always too loud, preventing any conversation. This can be easily improved.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!

We have been staying in the hotel for 4 days and it was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, big and comfortable, room design is stylish. Breakfasts were great! The staff is very polite and kind! Lucas from the front desk was helping all our stay! We lost medicine in the room after checking out, but Lucas helped us and sent us our losts. He is so kind and professional! Thank Holiday inn and suited, and special sincerely for Lucas!

Amazing hotel for families with kids. Close to the beach. Huge variety of fun for children of every age! The manager on the reception desk whose name is John is a high professional. Because of him the staying in the hotel was even better. He was always online and ready to help:) Definitely this is one of the best hotels in Yalong Bay!
