Very good apartment. Excelent reception. The breakfast could have had more variety.

Very rude service. During breakfast, the gentleman pointed out to me that I was not sitting at the table with my group. The tables were not marked in any way so I could choose the seat I wanted. I wish the company had fewer frustrated employees.

The hotel is a little outside the nicer areas and suffers from the noisy adjacent road most of the night. No air con makes the room stuffy unless you open the windows and listen to the noise. The car park is outrageously steep and on the point of being dangerous and therefore should be avoided at all costs. The guy who checked us in was brilliant, full of knowledge and advice and loads of pointers for consideration. The breakfast area is not clearly marked and there is a cafe type area as you exit the lift. We mistook this for the breakfast facility and were then verbally abused by a member of staff for stealing a croissant! The receptionist then piled in verbally, accused us of stealing and hit us with a bill for the uneaten breakfast! Rude beyond belief, the very worst experience overall during our 6 person 10 day trip to Spain and Portugal! You can do much better for you money than this hotel. Avoid.

The room was fine - large room, good large beds, clean, strong shower. Good location for walking to the cathedral - just 10 minutes via a street elevator. The problem was the hotel car park. They warn you it's a low ceiling. What they don't tell you is how incredibly steep, twisty and narrow it is. We bumped our Toyota front bumper on the floor as the steep slope suddenly flattened out. I'd recommend parking elsewhere!

We would have rated this hotel a 4 but for the location. It is situated a 12 minute walk from the old town, too far to be going backwards and forwards to the town and there is a feeling of being out of things. As it is on the busy N550 this also is a drawback. Having said all that the hotel itself is fine. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also all you could wish for.

The hotel needs a renovation. It is true that it is clean and the beds are comfortable. However, the furniture and bathroom are already quite outdated. For tourism it is somewhat far away (20 min walk to Plaza de Obradoiro). In our case, it was appropriate because it was a very good price for us.

They gave us a room on the 6th floor (there is an elevator to the 5th and then a floor walk) it was large, facing the main avenue but it has no views because it is an attic type, but it has a lot of light. The bathroom was very small but the shower was great, much larger than I expected, it didn't slip and the hot water was very fast. The room was very simple, we slept very well without hardly hearing anything. We had a contracted breakfast that, despite being a very small buffet, surprised us because we had a really good breakfast the two days we were there and we found it more than acceptable. All the staff were very friendly, reception, cleaning... The truth is that I would return without a problem. Although they have a garage, we did not use it because we parked practically at the door.

We went with an IMSERSO trip. Simple but very clean hotel. The reception of 10. The menu showed the hand of a good cook, a shame that the products will not accompany her. Very close to the center of Santiago, a pleasant walk along Rua de San Pedro took us in twenty minutes. Better to park in the surroundings

Hotel 500m from the center walking. With a bus stop at the door, which leaves you in Plaza Galicia, completely in the center. Comfortable, new and ideal to finish the Portuguese walk. I definitely recommend it. Super clean and noise-free.

The hotel is simple, spacious and clean rooms, just like the one we had did not have air conditioning and when the sun hit it was noticeable. We didn't have breakfast because we preferred to have breakfast in the city. The reception was good both upon arrival and upon departure. The hotel is a walk from the cathedral square, it is not close but in 15 minutes you arrive and you also pass by the market and bars to have a good breakfast or a beer. It is a hotel that for the price you pay and the distance is appropriate, any more would be expensive.

The hotel is a good walking distance from the city centre: it must be said that taxis are cheap. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful with savory and sweet options. In short, a place that deserves it

The hotel is very good, centrally located, comfortable beds and correct breakfast. The 5* but they are for the night concierge, who welcomed us at midnight with his most sincere smile, explaining everything to us, giving details of what to see in the city and even offering us water since we came very thirsty and at that time there was nothing left open . To the hotel management! Take care of people like him, they truly make a difference when it comes to customer service. U knew hay hoy World leave tve forest someday!

The hotel, in general, good for its category: clean, spacious room (at least ours), well located for visits to the city and adequate facilities. Reception staff, friendly and helpful. But... the waiter who serves the dining room is dry, unpleasant, even authoritarian with customers, with inadequate responses regarding the menu.... in short, a shame because it dilutes and spoils the good impression we had of the hotel. I asked at reception and they told me his name: Luis Miguel, I think I remember.

Pros: Quite convenient location. Approx. 25 minutes from the train and coach station, although almost all the time uphill. You can feel it with a heavy suitcase. 10 minutes from the bus stop towards the airport. Approx. 15 minutes walk in a nice neighborhood to the center of Santiago. The room is big enough. Fairly clean and functional. The bathroom is a bit worse, but it's okay. Breakfast ok. There is plenty to choose from, both hot and cold. Nice staff. They try to answer every question as precisely as possible. Maps of the city are also waiting for tourists. Quite a reasonable price for the quality. Cons: Unfortunately, it is quite noisy from the street. With the window closed it wasn't a problem, but it couldn't be opened. The weakest point was the single beds pushed together into one. If someone tends to take a central position, then... they may fall apart :).
