Awesome room and friendly staff! We had the suite that had a nice living area to watch TV and a desk to work. Great breakfast the next morning.

Clean, friendly service, free parking 🅿️ The hotel is not far from the sea and the small town where it is located is beautiful. The itinerary planned to go to the Monterey Aquarium the next day. I was afraid of the traffic jam in San Francisco, so I left San Francisco at night, drove for 2 hours, and checked into this hotel. I could set out as I pleased early in the morning. The overall experience was pretty good.

My stay overall was actually the best from other hotels we’ve stayed at. Even though my biggest request of adjoins rooms couldn’t be met my family was very happy with the comfort and quality of the rooms. Breakfast was great and the ladies in the dining area were very gracious and helpful! Always with a smile 😊 I would definitely come back to this hotel if we travel this way again! Your beds were the best!

It was a great place to stay. The o ly thing is there are 2 Fairfield Inn and Suites close to each other…one in Santa Cruz and one in Capitola…they both say both towns under the name so you have to pay attention to the address. We went to the wrong one first

Outside of the 2nd floor ice machine which was out (and the walk to the other seemed like a mile), the hotel was fine. Parking was easy, but there is a median which prevents parking lot entrance on one side of the hotel. Staff was friendly, and room was adequate.

The employees were so friendly and took great care of everything. The one I didn't like was that since our room was close to the housekeeping room we could hear and feel when they were doing laundry.

I loved the layout of the hotel and the decoration. It was spacious inside, even though it is not a large hotel. The Breakfast room was huge and the variety of choices excellent - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, and waffles with the usual choice of coffee or tea. The atmosphere was calming and gracious and the staff was always kind and helpful. I want to go back.
