It is a great hotel. I liked it a lot. I consider to stay there again

My son is studying in the United States. It's a few minutes' walk from where he lives. I stay here every time I come back to Santa Clara. The environment is quiet, sanitation is done every day, breakfast is included, and the price is high.

It's not far from the airport, but there are three hotels with similar names nearby. Be careful not to go wrong. The staff at the front desk were pretty good. I didn't have any problems staying there for one night.

Okayish location fairly close to SJC airport. Excellent Wifi and TV, above average breakfast, quiet, clean room and daily housekeeping.

For the price and area, this is a great value. Rooms were recently remodeled, staff was very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed the free breakfast on their patio. Would definitely book again if in San Jose/Santa Clara.

This is more about hotel guests in general - you all realize there are other people in the world, right? Shouting back and forth at 5.45a from the 2nd floor balcony to the car BLASTING music below is disruptive, obnoxious and downright RUDE. Hotel walls are thin. Keep your voices down. Have some consideration. This hotel is also all open, and did not feel terribly secure.

Nice clean hotel, good location with friendly and helpful manager.

The room was larger than we expected. There were some small chips in the flooring. Service when we had a key not working was quick and efficient.

The room was very nice and updated. Staff in the office were all very friendly. Solid breakfast as well.

Was there for a couple nights while spouse was in the hospital so only used to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

The staff and the snacks. We stayed in a wonderful accessible room for my Mother who was in a wheel chair.

The sleeping room floors need to be wet mopped daily. Floor is a hard surface and collects dust and dirt easily.

A rare motel without carpet on floor, it seems much easier to clean for accommodation.

Stayed here for the concert weekend and when we got to our room we noticed ants on the floor, pulled back the sofa in the room to see ants surrounding crumbs left under the sofa. Attempted to go to front desk and waited for no one to be at front desk and no bell to ring. We finally went back an hour later and got a hold of someone who thankfully moved us to another room for the night until our original rooms ant problem was resolved the next day. There were crumbs in the new room on the floor as well but thankfully no ants. They also offer “ Complimentary full breakfast. Hot Eggs, Breakfast Meat, Sweet Breads, Juices, Hot Cereal, Coffee.” But there were no eggs or meats available only frozen burritos, sweet breads, juices, coffee, and I believe apples. Quiet area and rooms did the job, but I wouldn’t personally stay there again.
