It takes 10 minutes from the airport. And 5 minutes walk to the osean attached. We arrived 6am but they allowed us early check-in because the room was available without additional charge.

The best customer service experience 🫶🏻 everyone were helpful and caring!

This is the most satisfactory hotel in the eastern United States.

按金交了之後就不退還了，然後各種tax會加在裏面

Once the deposit is paid, it will not be refunded, and various taxes will be added to it.

各方面都可以的，樓下對面就是大超市，餐廳，星巴克

All aspects are OK. There is a big supermarket, restaurant and Starbucks across the building.

When staying at Double Tree By Hilton San Juan, my hubby and i had the best experience ever. I don’t know why anyone would ever disagree. The staff was friendly, the entire area was clean and COVID friendly, and there was even daily complimentary water and transportation to the beach which is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel even offers beach towels, beach chair, and an umbrella! I had a blast!
