Hotels near JEJOMAR and JP Rice and Feeds Supply, San Jose Del Monte City

For my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.

Glad there is a near Red Doorz in our house. Our electricity got busted in our neighborhood and we need to immediately book a hotel. Thank you for being clean, complete, and reliable. Meron nga lang construction site beside and it was noisy very early in the morning. Huhu.

Room is very spacious for the price! You will really get your monies worth with this accommodation. Location is okay. Just some few minutes walk from Trinoma and SM North. It is accesible through public transport as well - jeepneys, buses are passing through the area. Staffs are great - kind and accommodating. Breakfast is available - just ala carte. Choice of Filipino breakfast. Affordable but not too fancy. Hot shower and toiletries are available. Some amenities in the room just needs upgrading. Overall, a great stay for a very cheap price. Will surely book again.

From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). 1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

We booked an overnight stay because we had wedding to attend nearby. Though the drive up had some steep inclines we did not mind because when we arrived at the property, the view that greeted us more than made up for it. The lobby smelled so good and they had complimentary welcome drinks. The weather was also cooler because of the hotel’s location up in the mountain. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the other staff greeted us with a welcome smile. When we got to our room it was clean, spacious and cool. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The only things that need improvement on are: 1. The elevators were under maintainance so only PWD and seniors can use it 2. the complimentary instant coffee (funky taste) 3. Wish the buffet breakfast was available on weekdays too Overall, my husband and i had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Hope this review helps☺️

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

During my recent trip to Makati, I stayed at Abraham Manila. After a 4-hour bus ride from the province, arriving at Abraham Manila was a welcome break. I chose their double room, which was just right for my short stay in Manila. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. If you're looking for affordable options, they also have dormitory accommodations. One of the best things about my stay was the water refills on the 7th floor, which was really handy. And having a dedicated working booth was great for getting work done remotely in a quiet space. The staff at Abraham Manila were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location in Poblacion, Makati, was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore, making it easy to find something new to try each night.
