Highly recommended, beautiful environment, fresh air. Close to the river. Quiet and comfortable. Great service, high quality. Think of ways to solve problems. Polite and courteous. Smile service. If you don't care about the distance to the city, it is definitely the best choice.

The hotel is located in the "Silk Road" complex. There is an artificial river and a large green space in front of the gate. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and professional. They helped us book a taxi to the airport at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was very fresh and rich, and the Western dinner dishes were good in style and taste.

The room is not bad. It is a new hotel. The location is outside the city. If you don't have a car, it will be a little inconvenient. It will be slow to take a taxi. For business trips, I will choose to stay here next time. When I checked in, I waited for a long time because the room was not cleaned. But the front desk provided free tea, which was considerate.

When booking, you cannot select a bed for a child. In the hotel booking system, they see the room as for two, because children are not taken into account in their system, but at the same time you have to pay extra for the child’s bed at the hotel, although it would be more convenient to pay immediately when booking. The three of us and a 14-year-old child were accommodated in a double room. But nearby there is a town with restaurants and built. Streets near the old town. The hotel is located outside of Samarkand. There were also difficulties in calling a taxi, they told us one price, then they saw the luggage and the taxi driver added another 40%.

The facilities are relatively new, but the room is a little unclean. Fortunately, the service is good. I found a fly in the room when I checked in that night. I contacted the front desk and they immediately changed me to a new room. Not bad!

I went to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn based on the brand name, but my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn made me feel bad for the rest of my life.

It's really great value. This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to Uzbekistan. I highly recommend it to friends who have been there.
