Meet expectations, good location, near the city center church square and shopping district

Housekeepers were about the only friendly staff here with the exception of one front desk attendant. Everyone seemed inconvienced for simple things like needing to check in to your room. Also, if you’re choosing this location because it has an onsite bar and restaurant - choose a different hotel. The “restaurant” is a bar top connected to the check-in desk and options are pretty limited for food and drinks. While they have plenty of liquor options, they do not have a true bartender that is knowledgeable about mixing, I asked for a Margarita and the attendant did not know how to make one. There are nearby restaurants, but the nearby area is under a lot of construction and it’s not super easy to navigate. Also, the closest restaurant that actually looked decent within walking distance does not open until 5 PM daily. The housekeepers were extremely friendly, and the property did appear well taken care of, albeit very old and outdated.

Nice room, great breakfast. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool so I have no opinion on that. The lobby was kind of small and loud during the day but other than that, it was great.

Good location and clean. Parking at this hotel is not an issue. The tea/coffee station can be better. I stopped by 2 times and there was no coffee, hot water for tea, no cup available, I assume that since the hotel is selling espresso hence this tea station is neglected.

What made my stay was how fantastic the customer service was from everyone I interacted with. the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great and comfortable stay. Not only was there complimentary breakfast, but it was tasty and fresh! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Parked at the lower level area of the Hotel. Someone got into our vehicle and stole a few things. No security or courtesy for the guest.

The staff was very friendly. Staying directly across from the Delta Center was very convenient. The breakfast was really great.

Liked the location since it was close to what we were doing. Didn't like that the hot tub was not working since I booked here for the hot tub. It also doesn't tell you that it is outside. This would have made it unusable since a winter storm blew in

the front desk guy was very kind and soft spoken. it was nice after a long 8 hour drive that i made to see a hotel that cared about their guests and were very friendly and welcoming.

They were going through some remodeling. I can live with that. My son had a tougher time with that.

This was a very nice place to stay. my only complaint was the traffic noise and the train kept waking us up

This is an amazing place to stay if you need somewhere in downtown Salt Lake City. It is within walking distance to yhe Delta Center, outdoor mall and many different dining businesses! The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly! I will definately stay here again!!!

We were on the road for 3 hours and noticed that check in time wasn’t until 3pm so we killed an hour and then went to the hotel at 3. The worker apologized and said the room would be ready in “30 mins to an hour” we said we would wait in the lobby bc we were tired from traveling. The guy said he would text us when the room was done. An hour passed and we check in, sorry the room isn’t done yet. Tired we just sit there staring at the guest service desk. (The lobby is very small, so they should know we are waiting). My dad paces back and forth in the lobby, another lady goes can I help you? Just waiting for our room he replies. (this is about 1 1/2 hours waiting in the lobby. She finally gets us in right before 5pm which was enough time for us to drop off our stuff and head to our 5:45 event across the street. “Oh…. We were suppose to text them” the other worker said who I first spoke to when I checked in at 3. It was a frustrating/exhausting experience for us. Wasn’t worth the $200 I spent

With my other review already written. The only other thing that is frustrating is the $10 per night parking fee that is not talked or said or mentioned anywhere on the website or upon check in. Not cool nobody likes hidden fees at all.
