A quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration. Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. One example is when painkiller was brought to me by Umed in the middle of the night. I do appreciate so much such attitude 🧡

Nice place for the price.

There is a spa and a restaurant. It is like a resort. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. The facilities are a bit old. It is just in time for the tourist season. The hotel is full. Overall it is OK.

Belad Bont Resort: A Relaxing Stay with Room for Improvement Belad Bont Resort is a 4-star property with friendly staff, particularly Fakhri at reception and Usama Puttar. Its location is convenient, close to hypermarkets, a gas station, and Salalah Port. While not directly on the beach like some other resorts, it offers easy access to Maghsail, Airfeet, and the Yemeni border. We stayed in a chalet, which was excellent and spacious, although a bit pricey. Housekeeping was good, though not quite hotel-level in terms of thoroughness. The large swimming pool with a separate kid's section looked inviting, and the resort also offers a gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi (which I didn't use during my stay). Parking is secure within the resort compound, but guests cannot park directly at their chalets except when arriving or departing. The dining staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, I would recommend avoiding the resort during peak seasons like Eid holidays or Khareef (the monsoon season). The dining hall can get crowded, and guests may need to eat outdoors by the pool, which can be windy or humid. While breakfast is included, it fell short of expectations for a 4-star resort. I've had better breakfasts at 3-star hotels. Additionally, the resort requested identification for all guests, including my children, which was more than any other hotel or resort I've stayed at. The pool closing time of 7:00 pm was also inconvenient, especially for those wanting to swim after sunset to avoid sunburn. Despite these shortcomings, I would consider returning to Belad Bont if they address some of these issues. I did mention my concerns during my stay.

I was in the gym and swimming pool and that egypt coash was treating me so badly and i will never book again and i will never ever visit the hotel i hope that coach treat everyone one kind and respectful and he was useless and the gym and he can't lead me how to train

Our stay was really nice. The room are confortable. You can reach the beach with the shuttle bus service every our, towels service, some fruits and sandwich during the day. The swimming pool was also really nice. The hotel is 15 minutes from the city center with the taxi and close to a big supermarket. We had all inclusive and the food was quite good. It could be more variety but it was good. Just the espresso coffee is to pay extra. Amazing was the service, the Managerin, the reception, eating area and the room service , in particularly Latif. Thanks for everything. It was a great holiday.

Excellent beddings, house keeping service, staff are really caring towards guest needs and provided quick and prompt responses whenever I approached any of the hotel staff. Specially the one waitress Ms Omnia , she is really very professional, having robust talents & skills in hospitality and understand the seriousness of services being offered in hotel industries.

The resort is beautiful, the services are excellent, and the staff is helpful and excellent, we enjoyed our celebration, thank you to all for joining us. About the place I think the resort is a little far from the center of the city, I suggest putting an information board at least on the main roads around it.

Good size rooms , feels cozy and comfortable, very respectful and friendly staff, very helpful overall and clean. The breakfast is very delicious and the dinner is amazinggggggg . We had a slight issue with the parking but not a big deal given all the other perks. We took the challet. It was spacious.
