Noisy Air Conditioning meant little sleep, room had damp smell to it. Broken fittings on shower had been repaired with tape. Breakfast was poor quality, wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, bed was comfortable the only positive I can think of

As a stopover this was excellent. Good, clean rooms, great bathrooms, excellent beds, quiet, good restaurant. Location slightly in the middle of nowhere, but perfect for that driving stopover. Well done the management.

Not a four stars hotel. Staff can’t be bothered. Cleaners can’t be bothered. Swimming pool very green and dirty. No one bothers here. We had three people in our room. Two set of towels. Paper cups instead of mugs, one small bottle of waters shared between us for two nights. Cleaner came in stroke the bed but didn’t clean the bathroom at all. Really a run down place.

AC system very noisy in our room. Breakfast buffet poor. No electrical output car chargers. Old fashioned hotel in a limited services area away from walking distance activities or convenience stores. Could be better for the only 4 stars hotel in Saint Nazaire !

Rapport qualité prix des chambres plus que correct propreté irréprochable , déjeuner et dîner certes nous sommes loin d'une cuisine semi- gastronomique , mais les entrées et plats servient sont du correct par rapport aux tarifs , accueil agréable et professionnel réceptionniste à l'écoute de la clientèle service au bar et restaurant sans chichi et efficace , cet établissement reçoit beaucoup de groupes

On s attendait à un semi gastro vu le nombre d étoiles annoncées, en réalité c est juste une brasserie de centre ville avec des tarifs hallucinant. Sauce crème fraîche (tzatziki du Intermarché)avec saumon. Frites congelées avec filet de bœuf à 29€ digne du Buffalo grill mais pour le double du prix. Pommes rôties au micro ondes 😂. Seul dessert maison, un gâteau chocolat à 1€ d une kermesse de primaire. Bref une arnaque à fuir, il faut faire le ménage pour que les vrais restaurateurs restent.

On se demande où ils ont eu les 4 étoiles.... Impossible de trouver notre réservation ensuite on nous à donner une chambre en dessous des prestations que nous avions réservé. Personnel peu aimable, ménage qui laisse fortement à désirer (des restes dans le frigo, le kit dentaire ouvert), clim qui ne fonctionne pas, obliger de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec vu sur le parking et les camions qui arrivent très tôt dans la zone industrielle
