The location was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. All in all satisfied.

The room and its equipment to the best standard. The hotel service is top-notch, the food itself served in the hotel's restaurant is very exquisite.

Very good hotel, great service, very friendly people, big rooms, very clean and a fantastic location. The hotel is located right in the city center, so a walking distance to everything. It is as well right next to the galeria mall. Really cant wish for more

I asked to change room from 5 floor. View was awfull and I had to spend here all day on online work with covered curtains... in room even it was big I felgi claustrofobic. There is no possibility there is no other free room. So Staff didnt want to help me... I paid 450 PLN per night for such uncomfortable place.

I was fortunate to make another business trip to Poland. Sooner or later, I am going to bring my wife to this amazing city and this awesome hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view of the circle with the memorial is busy and beautiful. The hotel staff is awesome from check-in to check-out. The meals are good and the breakfast is varied. It is attached to a mall so you have anything and everything you might need. You will love staying here.

We visited this modern city & wanted to be in the centre. From the moment of booking directly with the hotel, it was a dream. The service from Maciej on the front desk was, exemplary, professional, courteous & efficient. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, our room was everything we needed, the staff were ALL polite, caring & helpful. Being directly connected to the main shopping mall was an enormous benefit & enabled us to shop with comfort. The hotel restaurant was excellent, the food & service was of an exceptional standard. Nothing we asked for was an issue!! I can highly recommend this hotel for the high standard of service, location, value for money & a great selection of food. Finally I special mention to the following staff whose service was outstanding; Maciej FO,Shimon & Jakub (restaurant), housekeeping Kasia 8th floor, thank you all. To the owner/s many congratulations & keep up the excellent spirit of your staff.

I stayed here six nights during an international engagement with some military counterparts. This hotel was selected by the embassy. However, I was quite impressed with everything about it. The check in was fast and friendly. The room was quite posh with a wonderful view of the city and a impressive monument. The hotel is connected to an amazing mall with some awesome stores and restaurants. The breakfast is full of options. The bar is also nice with various local beers and wines. My only complaint would be the lack of any kind of swimming pool. I prefer to swim as opposed to go to a gym. Still, this place rates a solid four. You will sleep well and be content.

Was late check in , room was without light , lady from reception sent maintainer, but he couldn’t fix it. Also , no shuttle bus , which state in advertising. After complaining , we have been moved to another room , which I believe was next to housekeeping room , all night noise … also we ardered biog double bad , but was two single….

Been there with my wife for a long weekend, and we enjoy our stay. Hotel is a part of big mall, which is good because is located close to the shops and restaurant and walking distance to the Old Town. Hotel itself is bussiness hotel with large numbers of military staff (probably from nearest base and airport). Room was very spacious with nice view over a city. Room was clean and adequet to the standard and price. Can't really fault much as everything was good: reception, room, service, breakfast. Parking included in the room price as well as gym (in the mall) Recommend this hotel for bussiness trips and leisure as well.

Very good location in same building as shopping center, unreal view from the window, bathroom is huge and the bedroom was very big too, good value for money in rzeszów, the walk from train station is around 10 mins and the city center similar walk, bus stop across the road if you wishing to take bus to or from airport

WHAT I LIKED • Central and convenient location in the center of Rzeszów – only a few minutes' walk from the market square and entertainment district. It is collocated with the Galeria Rzeszów shopping mall, apparently owned and operated by the same owner as of the hotel. • The breakfast is very good – outstanding – with a wide range of options. Top marks! • The hotel offers (free) parking on the shopping mall’s 2nd floor parking – the same floor as the reception. • The rooms are large – over the European average. They offer a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator. • The front desk staff is helpful and service-minded. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT • This is a typical business hotel without any charm or the slightest ambiance. Definitely not charming! • In the room, there is only one small closet without shelves. It's useless and only offers 6 of those terrible “anti-theft” hotel hangers. There is no place to store your belongings and the hotel does not offer luggage racks. FAULTY TOWERS • During my stay on the 10th floor, I experience multiple faults. 1. The Nespresso coffee maker kept dispensing a mix of water and coffee over the table and floor until the water container was empty. It was replaced. 2. The television did not work. The technician came and did a software upgrade. 3. The remote control to the television did not work. The technician came back and replaced the batteries. 4. When trying to open the refrigerator, the entire door fell off. It was repaired the following day. 5. And finally some of the lightning in the bathroom did not work. This was fixed on the third day of my stary. • All these faults are signs of lacking care and maintenance and it is annoying to be bothered by such uncomplicated faults. Shape up!
