Good service by staff ! Good location with free Aurora alerts. Love every aspect of this stay !

Its located within the santa claus village area, require about 400m of walk, passing by husky ride, roasted salmon, restaurants before you reach to santa claus's office. We spent a night in the igloo, with standard western breakfast provided. The only thing i felt dissapointed was that, they provide complimentary dinner(main course) for all guest, but we are not being informed from check in time, end up, we bought our dinner as take away from near by restaurant, and was told to order the main course when we collect room key at the reception. Worst was, they dont provide room service, we have no choice to carry 2 plates of main course back to our igloo. rest is good beside this.

Great place, BREAKFAST is good and also great scenery. Reception is nice as could flexible time to check in and out.

The room is small, and it is really cold inside the room. I don’t feel warm even when I was in the room. That is also the reason both of us were feeling unwell after stayed there for one night. The location is a bit far from Santa Claus Village. Their breakfast is nothing amazed me. Their check in reception was slow. They didn’t help us to bring the luggage to the room. It was so difficult to pull our heavy luggage on the snow. Do not recommend . Not worth it at all! Please choose Nova Skyland instead of this.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly.

It would be perfect if Santa’s igloo has shuttle bus to assist the guests .

I hope the hotel can provide tools to transport luggage. Pulling two 23kg suitcases in the snow is a test. Although I know that there is such a luggage delivery service, I left very early and there is no such service. There is a drone show at night, which can be seen from the room, which is a compensation for not being able to see the aurora. The quality of breakfast and dinner is very good, there are many choices for breakfast and the dinner is of high quality. I found a hidden open-air massage pool, which was great👍. The waiter had no introduction, and no one answered when I asked. I didn’t find anyone using it after staying for two days. I stayed in a room next to it and found that it was used when I left. It was super comfortable.

The glass house experience was good. The room rate I booked included two main meals for breakfast and dinner. The location is relatively far back and requires walking on a snowy road, which is inconvenient. I saw the aurora while lying down, but there was a big tree in front of the house that blocked part of the view.

Stayed in the Dream Ice House, it was awesome, even in autumn it was still comfortable

You can see the Northern Lights from the igloo hotel room The hotel staff is very friendly and patiently explains the precautions/room and dining arrangements. Booking includes buffet breakfast and dinner (main course) Although most hotel buffet breakfast options are similar But the food and beverage service in this hotel is the best among the hotels I have stayed in during this trip to Europe. Although the hotel location is relatively remote There is no public transport/shuttle bus available directly to the hotel But precisely because of this, the environment is very peaceful The hotel staff was also happy to book a taxi pick-up service for us. Satisfied with the overall stay experience👍🏻

At the end of Santa Claus Village, there is a road to go. The front desk service attitude is very good, the room is very warm, the double bed can be another bed, it is not very crowded, it's a pity that I didn't see the aurora

The hotel is located in Santa Claus Village, about ten minutes' walk. The complimentary dinner is free except for drinks and desserts. I had a flight in the morning, so it was a pity that I didn't get breakfast.
