The air conditioner in our first room wasn’t working and the hotel didn’t have the same room that we had booked so essentially we got downgraded a little bit. The second room we had the air conditioner worked, but not very well. It was also a very noisy room.
The staff was very nice and worked hard to fix our issue. The location is good, right on Italian Style Street.

Facilities: The overall feeling of the hotel is very much like a Swiss town. The lighting in the room is a little dim, but everything else is good. I wanted a pair of slippers, and they took the initiative to bring children's slippers. The door-to-door service was a robot, which was a surprise.
Environment: It may also be the last day of the holiday, there are very few people, and I am used to it.
It is really comfortable to rest so quietly in the hustle and bustle of the city! The castle on the back mountain has a wide view and can overlook the entire Yuqiao Reservoir!
Service: The ladies at the service desk greeted us warmly, helped with the luggage, and chased us out to give us sour jujube juice before leaving!

They not only arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, but he also upgraded one of our rooms to a river view, improving our journey with beautiful surroundings. Given that we were traveling with elderly family members, Han and Emily went above to locate both rooms on the same floor, making our movements much easier!

HHdChopraThis is our third time at this hotel, with twice in 2023. The hotel, used to be called Fraser Hotel, is now under new management but we did not feel any drop in quality whatsoever. The hotel is clean, close to metro and other transportation. The staff is responsive 24 hours a day and they promptly arrive and take care of any need we have had. We are planning to come back and stay here again in the coming week after our travel.
Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

WWodemeinianThis should be the previous Country Garden Phoenix Hotel. I have lived there at that time. I didn’t expect to book it again this time. The biggest advantage of the rooms here is that they are relatively large and have no sense of oppression. Although the facilities are relatively old, they are for this price. , The price/performance ratio is really super high!

GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allows me to enjoy a good sleep. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities, which makes me feel relaxed. The staff's warm service makes people feel warm, especially after booking the room, they took the initiative to contact and receive me in advance. After arriving at the hotel, the service was warm and thoughtful. I give Xiaoxiao a thumbs up!

GGuest UserMy son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play.
The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner.
We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.
