This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there. Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

The hotel is very nice. I like the room. Although it is small, it is fully functional... very comfortable. The service is also very good, patient, thumbs up... The only suggestion I have is that the overall value for money for breakfast needs to be improved. After all, room prices are high during the tourist season, so breakfast is a bit late...

Every time you come to Rizhao, you must choose Sheraton. It is indeed an international chain and has unified standards. From the front desk service to the room service, it is very good. There is chocolate across the street. It is more convenient to eat. If you just want to take a vacation, it is very cost-effective in this season!

The young lady and brother at the front desk serve with smiles, good attitude and very friendly. The cleaning staff forgot to put floor towels in the bathroom, so the guy at the front desk brought them in late at night. 5 points service. But the room is really average. The water has to flow out of the sink when washing hands. The sink is too small and it is a counter basin. There is thick dust under the bed, I hope the room hygiene can be improved. Breakfast is really hard to describe. Most of them are fried cold food. The wontons are quick-frozen and eaten directly after unpacking. The noodles are really just plain water with no toppings or seasonings. Even white porridge and millet porridge are not available. It’s only after 8 o’clock. Ah, I didn’t even see the fruit. The corner of the bedside table in the room is very sharp, and the child's leg has a long cut. It is not recommended to bring children here. The lady at the front desk brought iodine and cotton swabs and band-aids.

The hotel is relatively easy to find in the community and the rooms are clean. The TV can be used for screencasting, which is very convenient. I read the reviews and was quite satisfied with the room. There is a chocolate restaurant that has been featured on CCTV outside the community. There are many street restaurants in the past two years. There is also a night market that is very good. It is more affordable to rent an electric car across the road. The uncle and aunt are very nice. The three-wheeler is 99 yuan a day, but we did not go to experience it. Yes, the car is reserved. The hotel is a certain distance from the sea, and it takes a few minutes to walk to the east gate. I can’t say the service of the young man who picked me up was good or bad. He didn’t smile and didn’t have much to say. I asked for a car when I came back from the beach and sent a message but didn’t get a reply. I made two phone calls but didn’t answer. Finally, I called on WeChat and said I got it. I didn’t feel good, so I stayed at both ends. We drove ourselves, and the general waiter for breakfast was the young man who drove the car. Without service, there were only a few seats that were not cleared when people left. We had to ask them to come and clear things up. The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.
