la struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco ottimo il posto fuori con ombrelloni tranquillità e silenzio perchè non sul mare ma vicino. la pulizia fa da padrona ela gentilezza eil servizio sono ottimi. buona la colazione.

Accademia Hotel really better and better. Comfortable rooms, and a very very rich breakfast. Clean and easy car parking. Antonella and Susanna always ready to help you for any need. At the bar , you can eat “Piadina& Sandwiches “ very good with products of the territory (Romagna). Also wines and Beverages are good. Closed to Rimini Fiera (EXPO). I told about Accademia, many friends. Now they are clients. See you soon. Maxbugatti.

A perfect spot, very close to the beach. Service was absolutely fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a little dated and the furniture /Tv is poor but breakfast was great and fully recommend.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local places of interest. The room was very clean with a big bathroom and a pretty balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax in the evening, plus a drying rack. Fantastic breakfast buffet! The best breakfast buffet I had in Italy! They have parking, and the beach is a 2-min walk away. There is a paid beach with umbrellas etc., and a "free" beach 200 m away, if you just want a quick swim.

My Wife and I stayed at the Accademia for two nights in June 2023. The Hotel is lovely, in a great location and the room was wonderful. The best part was the Staff! Antonella was so helpful and friendly, and Barbera was also amazing, but all the Staff were wonderful. You won't go wrong if you stay in this Hotel.

Great hotel. Amazing owners. Incredible kitchen staff. Everything’s works, A/C, elevators, showers etc. Rare level of hospitality. If you are from North America, like myself, you are probably used to a very good service. This place delivers it. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. You won’t be disappointed.

Just a wonderful place. Such friendly service from such a wonderful and smiling staff in a beautifully clean hotel. Absolutely wonderful. I just spent a few days in Rimini (mid July of 2021) for some vacation. I stayed at the Hotel Accademia on Viale Sabotino and I was not disappointed. Antonella had corresponded with me by e-mail and was there to great me when I arrived. She immediately saw I was a bit overheated from my walk from the train station and immediately offered cool refreshing water flavored with lemon and a bit of mint. Then I went to my room and it was immaculately clean. Everything looked just so wonderful and inviting. Antonella went out of her way to explain where to find things and answered questions about sites I was interested in visiting. The entire staff was so friendly. The hotel had a peaceful ambience about it and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The mornings featured a very complete breakfast bar with very cheerful staff ready to fill your plate with your favorite choices. And the price is very reasonable. I can honestly say that I feel I really hit the jackpot with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Parto con il personale super premuroso e super gentile, tutto pulito e super curato.colazione molto ampia con dolce e salato,caffetteria fatta al momento strepitosa. Camere molto spaziose e pulite. È disponibile il parcheggio a pagamento,però fondamentale,perché nelle strade adiacenti non si trova posto.sicuramente torneremo..grazie di tutto

Hotel che meriterebbe sicuramente una stella in più, staff gentilissimo, colazione ai livelli di un quattro stelle, con una grande varietà di prodotti. A 5 minuti di macchina dalla Fiera di Rimini e dal centro, dotato di un parcheggio a pagamento. Ci tornerei sicuramente molto volentieri.
