Positive Great Location, you are relatively close to everything in walking distance. There is a pharmacy next door, as well as a bakery that has outstanding quality. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the big pros for me is that there are no carpets, which is a big plus. It avoids any unpleasant smells. Negative Unfortunately, there are a lot more negative comments rather than positive ones. My family and I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt, but due to Covid-19, the hotel was temporarily closed. We were left with no other option but to give this hotel a try. I want to emphasize that this hotel has the potential to be a 4 or 5-star hotel if adjustments are made. Nonetheless, this hotel should be a 3 star. On the first day of arrival, we had wifi. However, on the 2 day of our stay, we no longer had wifi. We contacted the reception desk, and the girls in counter said they were having issues with their wifi due to their guest capacity?!?!?!?!?!?! really? This is a hotel that shouldn't even be an issue. We are in 2020 in 2020 even McDonalds has a reliable WIFI however, Windsor Marapendi did not. After a few days the ”Partial Wifi” was back up, I mean partial because the wifi was only available in the lobby. Just writing this review baffles me with their lack of proper and basic preparation and administration. Wifi was not available during our entire 9-day stay. We stayed on the 13th floor, and again I repeat no wifi in the room. I had to go down to the lobby so I could log in to my laptop to work. How inconvenient and above all this, not one apology and acknowledgment of their lack of proper planning from the hotel, and they didn't even move a finger to make matters right with this nuisance. There was a lack of responsibility and care from the hotel. All they would say is that they are working on it. The hotel charges for the use of an adapter. It's 50 real. Although it's nothing if you convert it to USD, all hotels allow you to borrow an adapter if needed. Especially one that has no wifi. (forgive me, but I can't get over this wifi issue) Breakfast is free, which is a nice thing (especially for a hotel with no wifi), but it's mediocre, your best off going out for breakfast you will have a much better experience. Blowdryer is obsolete. Suppose you want to dry your hair, good luck. Bring your blowdryer. In my case, I had to go out and buy one during my stay. The Reception desk crew needs a complete revamp on professionalism and Customer Service. If you are trying to be a high-end hotel ( Which this hotel is not), Customer service is everything you guest needs to feel welcomed and feel like their needs is cared for regardless of how little or big their needs are. Windsor Marapendi, you have great potential if the criticism is taken and executed for them not to happen again in the future with other guests. You need major improvement. Nice experience. It was a beautiful surprise to discover the place. The decoration is beautiful, the rooms very clean, excellent air conditioning. Also excellent kitchen service, excellent quality in general. I liked that they had a cowork space where you can work in peace too. There was very good attention and very good service from the staff, for example Alice and Fernanda, very nice and attentive to help. A totally recommended place.

I made a reservation of two rooms for the days 24/07/22 to 27/07/22 of B&B hotel post 5 copacabana by platform hoteis.com we opened the communication attempt at 25/07/22 and until the moment I received no return from B&B Hotel post 5 copacabana and even from hoteis.com We did a petfriendly room reservation at the hotel with safe travels hygiene process, but we arrived yesterday at the hotel and only had problems. The bathroom is full of lime, the door of the balcony is not closed completely causing noise all night, there is a green light router in the room that is on 24h, the couple bed in fact are two old single beds with shaved mole. In addition, when they arrived here, they asked me to walk with the dogs on the neck all the time, and in the exchange of the message I had to book, they only reported that the dog could not walk free but even in the guide they involved. The inlet of the hotel, the sensor, doesn't recognize that it is going through and closes what has hurt me. I spoke to the security at the inlet and he said that, and so, and he couldn't do anything for me. I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. The room was very dirty, sabble paper open in the pier, all dirty. 2 towels, 1 was acceptable and the other was completely swept and damaged. I put it on the floor because I had no courage to use it. The bed is horrible and noisy, and the dressers too. Have you seen a short shirt? Yes, it was so much to cover up to half the body and thinnerly impossible. I had nothing but that shirt to cover. Summary: I didn't sleep anything, super discomfortable. It's all about all the rooms, bad clothing. Coffee is half mouth, but in any case I've seen worse. The only positive point is that the reception official called ”D”. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised by the information that the system was out of the air and would take a little, then the same offered us 2 courtesy drinks for the event. The only thing I liked at the hotel, but you're only reserved in the last case if you don't want to get angry.

Very good place. I recommend. However, I had the misfortune of staying on the lower floors where the TVs are still old and the sound from the street makes it difficult to rest.

I was hosted in this hotel last weekend - 02 to 03/07/2022. I have contacted me, and Mrs Vanessa has answered me, she kept the forgotten pieces, and the next day she sent me for Sedex with great delight and sympathy, and I would like to congratulate her on the sensitivity and empathy shown by that person. All the staff very careful and efficient.

We were given the worst room in the hotel to start with. No window, small double bed… after we complained they moved us to a slightly better room but on the first floor with a window overlooking a car park... There were various issues throughout our stay, such as, the inconvenience of moving rooms, carrying our heavy luggage around. Also, we asked to add one extra day (a 5th day) to our booking. But on the 4th day the key card stopped working because it had not processed through their system that our stay had been extended so we could not get enter our room. So that was another trip downstairs to join the reception queue to try sort it… The breakfast was good, there was a selection of 4 natural fruit juices and the food never ran out and was always fresh. The swimming pool was small and they had a 1 hour slot booking system if you wanted to use it. The pool was crowded; there were people drinking beer in the pool and the water was a bit dirty and too warm. There weren’t enough sun loungers for everyone despite the booking system. They give you beach towels but make sure you know you will be charged if the towel is not returned to them. Checking out was a problem too. Our Uber was almost there to collect us and the hotel staff said they needed to check our room before we could leave, to see if we had consumed anything from the fridge in the room. I paid for the outstanding charges and I told them we hadn’t consumed anything and any issues please call, and I left. She gave me a look as I was leaving as if I was doing something wrong. Finally, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the deposit I had to pay (500 reais) at check in - it’s now been 3 weeks. While we were there, I heard a couple at reception complaining about their car - the car park at the hotel was apparently full and the owner did not want his car to be parked elsewhere. Oh and lastly: I would say good evening to staff at the front door every time I walked past and NOT ONCE was I greeted in return.

I only have positive words for the stay at Novotel Leme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, versatile and extensive, the rooftop bar Sky Leme is a very nice place with a magnificent view and a nice pool. I appreciated the cocktails. So many thanks to all the staff to make our stay a great experience every day! Special thanks to Vicente for his friendly attention.

Well located hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view room facing the sea. We should have had a side sea view. Only shame was that we had the antennas located on the roof of the building in front of the room's balcony. We nevertheless had a view of Rio (Botafogo), the Pao d Acucar, the beaches of Niterói, we were close to MAC (Museum of Contemporary Art) After a very hot day, we really enjoyed the heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel.
