Very rude employees. Unfortunately I had problems with my stay and they didn't care and helped resolve them. There is no empathy in this hotel, management should review its employees at reception.

The breakfast does not have a good layout for moving around the room, the buffet is located in various positions in the room. Room service drinks are expensive and parking is expensive, there is no rotating parking option. The pool, despite being well presented, has a ladder that for heavier people can break and make you look like a fool in the pool. The restaurant has few dish options and prices are a bit out of line with others in the region.

Excellent hotel, incredible breakfast and very good prices. The only negative point is the Wi-Fi which sometimes doesn't work.

Our stay was very good, we didn't have any negative points, check-in and check-out were very quick, the room was super organized and clean, the breakfast was also very good, with a lot of variety. The only observation is that check-in and check-out times could be better.

Very well located. Large and comfortable room. The only point of attention was the charging of an extra fee that was not informed at the time of booking by Trip.com.

Lack of communication I arrived by car and was not informed that I would have to pay R$ 85.00 for parking per day, at closing they informed that the hotel provided a beach chair and did not provide it, only a towel

Hotel charged a fee of R$63.00 claiming it was a website policy, I didn't even question it to avoid stress
