Blocked sink. Water running through pipes when neighbours had showers woke me up. Rather chaotic breakfast, running out of tables, forks, coffee, milk, eggs, cups.

Hotel is ok, I like the breakfast very much. Location wise it’s near a lot of stores, but the neighbourhood feels dangerous to stay in. I chose the place as it’s a walking distance to get to the carnival, and indeed I was able to walk to and fro when I attended the carnival.

The hotel is relatively new, the room is clean and tidy, it is located in the old city area, the surrounding environment needs to be safe, it is close to the city's scenic spots, Uber cannot reach it, this is very inconvenient

I really liked the hotel, basic options, but it was worth it. Good shower, good beds, wardrobe option, ok breakfast.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It's the best in their network. Good housekeeping, good coffee, good bed and spacious room.

The hotel is very good. The only problem was that the room description stated that it would have a bathtub and that was the only reason we chose this hotel. When we got there they said that the hotel does not have a bathtub.

What I didn't like there: the best things were the coffee and the cleanliness.

It is always a pleasure to be at this hotel. Quick check-in, comfortable room, quality breakfast. Good cost-benefit.

We stayed at the hotel for several days and from the moment we arrived we were well received, good location, spacious and cozy room, clean bathroom and towels, very varied breakfast, very good value for money 👍all in all, I recommend it and I will stay at the Arosa Rio Hotel again with sure😃

We were well looked after, the breakfast was good, the room was spacious and with air conditioning and the bathroom was good. Negative point: the television did not have many channel options.

Extremely friendly reception staff. Services as expected. Evening service (6-10 pm) in the restaurant hall could improve (not very attentive).

The floor where I stayed did not have an elevator. Access was via the fire escape only. I thought it was ridiculous, pulled style. Dusty room. Dirty curtains. The old air conditioner and the flush didn't work well.

Yes, I liked it. In the center many bars and restaurants nearby with good prices and quality.
