I booked a room in this hotel for the night of June 2nd about a month/a month and a half ago. The other day, without warning, the facility tried to deduct the money from the card I had inserted. Not having been notified, I had no money on that card and, rightly, I received an email saying "invalid card", I then promptly changed the card (valid I underline) and I received the same email, I tried again with another equally valid one. valid and the same happens. Result? The next email was to cancel the reservation. I immediately called the hotel to have explanations because at the moment it is really difficult to find a room for June 2nd, a day of celebration, on the Rimini seafront and on the weekend of a fair. The lady replies telling me that she can't help me and that I have to rebook from scratch with the current prices, also adding that it is no longer possible to book for one night but for a minimum of three. Considering that the problem was not mine but the hotel's, I would have expected a different response, for example the proposal of a new payment method or at least the reconfirmation of the room (I underline that I called immediately as soon as the email arrived and therefore the room she had only been free for a few seconds). I continue to explain the situation to the lady without any kind of help from her. I am truly outraged by the situation and would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
