Great experience, perfect location,

Very Clean room and perfect location. But breakfast is 'mmm' not good not bad

Service is nice. Staff can respond my problem and question rapidly. The equipment is not cleaned or even broken. For example, the mini refrigerator is broken while the bed linen have mark on them. Also, the shampoo bottle is empty.

Good location, but the hotel is quite old inside , was very cold in the room and bathroom as well . The room was not cleaned when we arrived so we changed it .

The location is accessible to everything. Walking distance to all the tourist spots in Riga. The service and staff were all amazing! Breakfast was also good tho i would have preferred to have different choices every day. Room was also really nice and super clean! Would love to stay there again. Would also be nice for one staff to check the room before the guest officially checks out. So you can check if there are some things left behind. Apparently, i left my charger in the room and there was no more way to get it back. Good thing it’s not that important. Other than that, everything was superb!

The facilities were well-equipped and the location was good, so it was very nice. I would like to use it again when I come to Riga! The front desk staff were also very friendly. Of course, they spoke English without any problems.

It's in the old town, not far from the Riga Market, and there is a shopping mall opposite. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff at the counter are quite friendly

When booking at this hotel it was not indicated that the pool is paid, the surprise was that it is 18 euros/1.5h!!! Very small rooms and very low beds but the hotel is well located.

Great location, didn't like the service

Even they were amazing due to be my partner birthday and the room was very cleaned. Unfortunately the spa was very busy when we went there and the all morning today we didn't have hot water in the room :(

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Wellton hotel. Room very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was very nice. Hotel is in a great location in the old town.

Front desk people are to young and are not trained enough to handle business customers.

The hotel was nice and very well located. But two odd things which were disappointing: 1. I didn't realise that as a hotel resident I'd need to book to go in the pool. When i went down it was fully booked that day and for the rest of my stay. 2. Rooms are only cleaned if you put a green tag on the door. This was not explained so i went all four days without the room being cleaned, the bed made, the bin emptied or the coffee supplies replenished. When i asked this was billed as a "green " thing. I agree that as hotel guests we don't need our sheets and towels changed every day..but that doesn't mean we don't want any housekeeping at all. It shouldn't be all or nothing!
