The sink was clogged up and the room had a bad odor. I brought some air fresheners but that did not help. I will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Very comfortable, but we actually selected this hotel because we have been on the road for a long time and saw that you have laundry accommodations. We were so excited to do some laundry…but it was road block after road block. We needed quarters, but the desk only had a few, the laundry soap dispenser was out of order, so we had to find a local place to get laundry soap and quarters. We did end up able to do laundry which was great, but if facilities are not ready for use… maybe don’t list them as available. Thank you very much.

The room was adequate for a one-night stay, but no frills. I didn't sleep well on the bed, but my partner did. The shower curtain was not wide enought for the tube: it wouldn't close on both sides, but I didn't get much water on the floor. Our room was next to the elevator, but I did not hear the elevator at all! Great!

Location was convenient. Breakfast was fine. The room was clean but it smelled too much like cleaning solution

Sink leaked. Could not get it fixed due to weekend. Were offered another room, but that was more inconvenient than putting a bucket under the sink. Manager said some sort of discount would be applied, but haven't seen anything yet.

The room was clean though there was a strong smell of disinfectant. Staff was friendly when we checked in just before midnight. Cant comment on anything else as this was just a place to catch some sleep before gettingback on the road home

Property location is nit good , hotel maitenance doing repairs at 11 pm we had to tell them to stop making noise..

The manager, Tom, went way out of his way to retrieve my cell phone, left at check out and send it to one of our next stops Fed Ex. Outstanding service, Tom!!
