While this hotel is in a good location (no real sea view however), it is under new ownership, and management now utterly refuse to work with a guest who booked the wrong dates for a month and a half in the future, realized the mistake within 8 hours of making the booking, and asked to cancel and reschedule for the correct dates. The hotel will not allow a cancellation or rebooking, and are just keeping the money. Absolutely terrible humanity and a sad way to run a business.

Many thanks to a really helpful host who helped us at every turn. Also spotlessly clean, I would really recommend this place. Great location and located in a perfect spot. We had an amazing stay. We would definitely stay again.

An old palazzo, with a grand staircase, completely renovated to modern standards, turned into comfortable bright rooms. Central location, great breakfast on an outside patio, pleasant staff all around. Ferdinando helped get the luggage out of the car and arranged parking. We added another day to our stay, because we truly enjoyed our hotel and Tropea.

Lovely place, nice and clean. Perfect location. Very near the main street and not to far for the beach. The breakfast was very good too. The receptionist speaks english perfectly and is very kind and helpful. Good price.

Wir waren begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, dem wunderschönen Zimmer, der außergewöhnlichen Atmosphäre dieses mittelalterlichen Palazzos, der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt und dem reichhaltigen, köstlichen Frühstück. Absolut herausragend ist natürlich auch die Terrasse für Frühstück, Aperitivo und Absacker.

Note positive: gentilezza del proprietario e del ragazzo alla reception.. Stanza moderna ed un bel terrazzino in comune dove fare colazione o aperitivo..Note negative: Colazione dalle 8 alle 10, ma se arrivi alle 9 trovi quello che non hanno mangiato gli altri, in poche parole.. Pulizie: in teoria tutti i giorni, in pratica credo proprio di no! Cambio asciugamani ogni 3gg.. in 8 gg sono stati cambiati solo due volte! Per quanto speso ci si aspettava di più.. Però tutto sommato lo consiglio, soprattutto per la posizione strategica!

Location molto suggestiva e curata. Serata incantevole. Abbiamo gustato prodotti tipici e bevuto del buon vino sulla terrazza (non mancavano le mie amate candele). Abbiamo alloggiato in un'altra struttura che ha l'aperitivo convenzionato con questa struttura. La Terrazza é molto carina e per accedervi si entra all' interno di un palazzo d'epoca. Aperitivo top, prodotti locali squisiti (addirittura polpette fatte dalla madre del proprietario) e staff molto gentile. Consigliatissimo per rapporto qualità prezzo .

definirlo b&b è troppo poco. Questa struttura immersa nel pieno centro storico di Tropea mi ha permesso di poter soggiornare in un modo fantastico, pieno di comfort. Bellissime stanze, servizio impeccabile, pulizia eccellente
