Positives Good resort overall. We had a great week’s holiday, we felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Great for families! The resort is big and spread out so felt like each day was different as we could move around the resort and try different pools. The rooms with pools looked great! We didn’t have one, we had a family room. But would probably book a pool room next time if we come back. The resort is on the beach so you can go there as well as the pool. There is a beach restaurant so everything to hand. The beach is pebbly. Not a negative but if you want a nice sandy beach then this is not. We had to get beach shoes to wear in the sea. The sea was good for snorkelling. Even for the less experienced as quite a few fish in the shallows. Our 5 year old son was able to use the snorkel to see in the shallows. The food was great, a varied buffet with good choices. Slight negative on the kids vegetable options but on the whole we ate well for a week! The 5pm - 1am crepe and ice cream bar was great, a lot of respect for the staff who manned that station every day! A small queue there almost the whole time! Staff were friendly, and the entertainment was fairly good. Standard resort entertainment. The magic show was good and every night had a kids disco. Rooms were nice and clean, comfy bed and plenty of towels provided. The kids room was near the room entrance, so they had more of a noisy room. The shower was great, a nice big walk in shower, which was non slip. Great for family showers with the kids. Good scenery around the hotel, very picturesque. Got up and saw the most amazing sunrises, as our room was facing in the right direction. Not so good for sunset views as most rooms facing in the opposite direction but the sunrises made up for that. Negatives If you are mobility impaired you might struggle with the resort as it’s on quite a steep hill. The activity pool and amphitheater are quite a long uphill walk. There are golf buggies around which I assume are to help people get around (we didn’t get one but we could see them). You have to book the gym in advance, you can’t just go when you want to. As a gym user I found this a little restricting as I could never book an early morning session, also the sessions were for 45 minutes only. Once booked (I got a slot at 4pm and then at midday on another day), the gym was ok. And booking meant it was never full, so you had it to yourself pretty much. It was not a top of the range gym but had a barbell, weights, kettlebells, cable machine (a bit worn down) and treadmills. So enough to do a good workout. Some of the rooms were noisy, we had children running back and forward outside our room a lot at nighttime after 11pm. We were 3109 which was by the lift lobby so possibly why. It didn’t bother us too much but if you want a quieter room then opt for something away from the main lobby. Also stay away the sea side bar - the rooms around there looked like they might be noisy as there was music

Firstly I am gobsmacked at the bad reviews on here ! I have just returned less than a week ago with my family of 9 ! This is so sad to see so many people complaining about things that I simply cannot relate to ! We spent 10 nights here at this gorgeous hotel ages range from 9-58 years old. The hotel is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, the FOOD is beautiful and had so so much in range to offer vegan, fast food, Al Fresco, meat, fish, chicken, a vast selection of cheeses,Cereals, crepes, pancakes, FRESH FRUIT, waffles the list goes on ! The day time snack bars offer lots of different foods too. There is a permanent selection of unlimited ice creams. Fizzy drinks all day even energy drink. They can make any drink/cocktail you ask for ! Who ever put otherwise in a previous review is absolutely lying ! The pools are stunning especially the main pool lite up at night and the ACTIVITY pool has so much to offer ranging from slides to entertainment to suit all and all day ! The STAFF well I have never met staff so friendly, they go out of their way to please everyone, they are smartly dressed and so kind too. If I had to really mention names and give praise I would really like to mention SEMIS ( Waiter in main bar ) so friendly and goes above and beyond ! Also the chefs who swelter in the hot weather cooking in additional heat and provide such lovely food ! Also an older bar man at the ACTIVITY pool ( unfortunately don’t know his name ) he was so accommodating and friendly ! . The buggy drivers are so helpful too they it’s so hot for them and they drive you everywhere and help out with all your luggage on arrival and departure if needed. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and scenic with mountain and sea views and pretty flowers everywhere! I have been to many hotels in Spain, Cyprus, and the Canaries and this does not deserve any bad reviews especially the FOOD !

Lovely hotel with great swimming pools. The food was lovely and a great selection. The cleaning staff worked endlessly to keep the place spotless. The bar staff were very friendly as were all the staff we spoke to. It was a special birthday for me and a beautiful display was placed in the room by staff.

We had an amazing 2 week holiday. We will certainly be coming back. The food was good, drinks great, staff friendly and helpful. The grounds are spread out so plenty of variation for different days. Al la cartes were really nice. Rooms and beds are comfy. Had a room in the 1000 block, a great location. There is room for improvement. The hotel needs some care and attention in places, examples include mastic in the bathrooms, green water marks in some of the pools. This is a real shame as it makes it feel a bit tired and lets the whole hotel down. Just all these little fixes would make a huge difference. Breakfast is also manic. They just need to seat people like at dinner, and change the layout, especially the bottle necks around toasters and drinks machines. Lastly, need to sort out the sunbeds. We saw two reserved for 3 days by someone leaving a t shirt behind by mistake. The cleaners should just clear them all down in the morning. Overall, a fantastic relaxing holiday.

We had such a lovely stay here. Some of the Facebook reviews made me worry but these must be the exception. The pool and view were incredible and the room clean. The staff were really friendly and the hotel app was really useful - giving lots of details about the hotel/restaurants/menus - we booked our ala carte restaurants on here too. There is a bus right outside the hotel which we used to visit Rhodes Town and Lindos for Only a few euros. I would recommend the hotel - it offers great value for money, the staff are really welcoming and I can’t talk enough about the views and the private pool - I think these are in blocks/room 4020 to 4050. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A lovely place to stay..would definitely come back!! Not really sure how this hotel gets some of its negative type feedback.. Staff are all excellent especially Camelia who works tirelessly in the pool bar, the main bar staff and an American chap who helps greet when you arrive. Fantastic choice of food which kept a fussy and adventurous eater both happy.. Only tried two of the six a la cart restaurants. Loads of pools, activities etc We stayed in a swin up suite near the relax pool, very quiet but a little way from the main hotel and restaurant . We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we’re pleasantly surprised when a birthday cake was delivered to the room!!

The place was nice, and the room was quite big and clean. A lot of food and also not bad as overall quality, but not suitable if you have some intolerances. If you are looking for good entertainment and kids’ clubs, this is not the right one, as they are quite poor. The sea is clean, but the beach is not great and is quite poorly maintained.

We stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive in July 2024. Overall we had a pleasant stay, however when you come with expectations of a 5* resort and experience, I would say Lindos Imperial didn’t quite meet the mark. This is a 3/4* resort, and is definitely not 5*. Positives - Staff were extremely friendly, attentive and there was always an abundance around. It never felt like the bars or buffet were understaffed. Location was great. The resort is set on a hillside overlooking a private beach area. Golf carts were available to assist with luggage and there was a bus stop directly outside the hotel with regular buses to Lindos and Rhodes town. Facilities were good with plenty of pools that catered for multiple types of people. The activity pool was huge with some good waterslides. Every pool was equipped with a bar and there was always a snack bar nearby. There was also a bar on the beachside which was great. The landscaping was also beautiful with the resort covered in flowers. Negatives Food. I would say the food was the main thing that lets this resort down in terms of it not being 5*. Yes there’s multiple snack bars but all of them can’t seem to get their respective menu right. For example, the burger bar was equipped with pre cooked burgers which were already assembled and left to sit under a warmer making them quite stale and lukewarm. Why not just assemble them fresh when required? The buffet seemed to be a bit of a jumble sale, with no distinctive areas and everything just being randomly placed. The salad bar and pasta bar was a bonus and always provided a safe option, but everything else was quite oily and rich. Don’t get me wrong we could always find something, but we all agreed that during our 7 days, the buffet never achieved more than average. Also of note, the ‘live cooking stations’ were simply a few cooks in the middle area of the buffet frying eggs etc. Again I assumed live cooking station would involve things such as omelettes made to order, but this was not the case. The a la carte restaurants were equally disappointing. Personally I felt that it was quite misleading to suggest the resort has 5 ‘restaurants’ because on arrival it turned out there was a sort of food hall which was separated into 3 areas, which contained 3 ‘restaurants’, and then the other ‘restaurants’ were just the snack bars with some tables put out at night. We ate at the Greek, the Italian and the Asian. The Greek was by far the worst, with food taking a long time and tasting oily and like it had just been picked off the buffet. Of note, Katie the server we had was amazing. The Italian and Asian were fine, but certainly nothing special and had I paid for the meal as if we’d eaten out, I’d be feeling dissatisfied. To be clear, the food wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t 5*. I would describe it as 3* at best. Towel service. The hotel advertises a towel service which involves a 10 euro deposit per towel where you can collect a towel and change it every two day
