Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff from the reception to those who work in the kitchen and bar. Very good for those travelling with family especially those who may have younger aged kids. My family and I enjoyed this experience so thank you Belvita and special thanks to Leo and Mary for providing the best experience at the all inclusive bar!

Great accomodation for lovers of cocroaches, giant spiders and bird's nests on balcony. Dirty bathroom, no door in our shower. Restauration without fans or air condition. You can't take your food outside. Food was ok, people working in the Belvita hotel too. The only thing I really liked was the location, good for making trips by a car or a bus.

Just got back from the most amazing 2 week stay at this hotel and I can hands down say that it is the best holiday I have ever had. We had stayed here for a week last year and it is amazing to see how much the place has changed in a year! All I can say is trust your gut and do not rely on reviews as I found a lot of them to be a lot different to my own personal experience here! The best addition to this hotel I would say is the animation team. Alena, Barbara and Magda are hands down some of the MOST amazing girls I have ever met and I can say with my whole heart that we have truly made friends for life with them. They are the most hardworking, kind and welcoming people ever and they will always make time to get to know guests and to make sure that everyone is happy and having a good time whilst also ensuring to keep everyone entertained whether it is the pool activities during the day, the entertainment for kids or the evening entertainment such as the movie quiz (I was very competitive). They also arranged nights out with the guests to Faliraki or Rhodos and these were the best nights out I have ever been on! It's definitely a good way to get to know people and to just have a great time with these amazing people! They were that amazing that we have already booked to go back before the season ends in October just so we can see these girls again! The food is definitely something that has improved over the past year, people will complain about the lack of options but I personally think that it really depends on your personal tastes, we found that there was always something you could eat but there were also a good number of restaurants within close walking difference. They also had the opportunity for the alacarte restaurant just outside next to the villas but unfortunately we did not use this during our stay. They also had a barbecue on the Sunday but again we did not use this as we decided to use that day to do some exploring of the island since that was the Animation teams day off. They also had pizza and bar snacks some days at several times. Do not be put off by the reviews as you will never go hungry here!! Big shoutout to the barman Leo who was also very lovely and welcoming to all guests and always had a fantastic story to tell, we even went out for drinks with him one night and it was so nice to chat and get to know him! He also made us special cocktails that you can't normally get from the menu on our last day and they were so good!!! Christos was also amazing as usual and always made sure to check on guests despite the fact that more often than not he would be working on his own during the evenings which would get very busy! Overall I would recommend staying here to everyone, even if just for the amazing staff because they are some of the most incredible people ever and I can't wait to be back in October to see them all again!

This was our 2nd time visiting this hotel (it was under rennovation when we visited last year) and wow has it had such a transformation! Firstly the food: the all inclusive has improved drastically with new options every day and it was always cooked to perfection. The pool bar snacks (hot dogs and toasties) were amazing as usual as was the pizza which some days was even served multiple times a day as apposed to the once a day it was last year!! There was also the option to eat a la carte in the villas next door (we didnt do this but heard it was amazing!) Throughout our stay all inclusive cocktails and spirits were served from 12pm - 10:30pm whereas last year they were served from 5pm - 10:30pm so it was very nice to have more options earlier on in the day. The staff as usal were lovely, GM Christos (who manned the bar on his own most nights!), Nicolaus (bar boy and recently promoted reception staff), the lovely Maria who works in the dining room always saying good morning and asking how we are, the main man Leo who always has the best and funniest stories to tell and always has a laugh and a joke with guests and the sweetest Mary who works alongside Leo during the day who always has a smile on her face. The newest and by far the best addition though, was the animation team. Magda, Alena and Bebe work tirelessy day in and day out keeping guests entertained with the likes of aqua aerobics, water polo and aqua zumba to shuffleboard and yoga. Even activities for the little ones like the mini disco and games hour in the evening. Even planning games / shows in the evenings for the adults like movie quizzies and song quizzes to keep the friendly competition alive and not forgetting the wild club parties!!!. All whilst being the absolute loveliest with the guests sitting down to chat and really getting to know them. We can hand on heart say that we have made friends for life in these girls and that they were the most special part of our holiday! We really did love our stay this year (two weeks was not long enough) and can really tell that all the staff and the owner took feedback on board and worked hard to make the hotel as lovely as it is now. We even enjoyed it so much that we booked again for a week in October before the season ends!!!

Belvita hotel (Former Loutanis) was great for us. The whole staff was great! Especially Philip, Nicolaus, Maria, lady who made pancakes in the mornings (we forgot her name) will stay in our hearts for a long time. Food was good and very affordable. Some visitors sadly didn't pay attention to their childrens' manners. It wasn't nice to see a child picking up a piece of cake, tasting it and putting it back to someone else to eat. The rooms were quite little, especially shower cubicle was very small. Hopefully there will be floor squeegee in the future because the toilets' floor was wet for some time after taking a shower. The closet in the room should have some shelfs so visitor could place clothes in there. Air conditioner worked fine and was included in the price of the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our staying very comfortable and therefore we didn't really mind the disadvantages of the hotel. Furthermore there was renovating going on at the hotel. Hopefully next time we come to visit Belvita, the furnitures in the rooms will be updated. Thanks for everything Belvita!

The oldest and shittest "hotel" in The world. Thay have Even changed The name from Loutanis to Belvita. I think becouse of Bad reputation. And tourist tax (7€) like from 4**** hotel. I think, thay put Even this in their own pockets. Room was terrible, everything Broken, Actually All zero star hostels, where I have Been, were better. Food was ok, but only For pigs. Allinclusive, but drinks only after 17.30. Beer and wine from ten. Pool Area was ok, but small For 150 guests.

The hotel on the other hand - Good points: - Pizza was lovely on the afternoon snacks - They fixed the broken toilet seat and the dangerous hair dryer that had a pin stuck in the socket which was live before it was fixed - Liked the slippers and the 1 vanity package (only one for two people) for the room - Like the boat trip from the hotel this was lovely - Some of the staff were lovely Issues: - It looks nothing like the pictures on the website - The shower was not able to hold its own weight without using a small shampoo bottle - The hotel complimentary shampoo and body wash were used and not sealed - The bathroom had mould in shower cubicle - Towels were not changed throughout our entire stay - There was a mark on the communal hall of what looked like hot chocolate on the floor for 5 days of our stay not cleaned - Skirting board on the wall was coming off the wall - Door was hard to lock and unlock - The bedding wasn't changed until 4 days after our stay - We asked to move rooms as the generator was starting for breakfast at 7AM outside our room until 11AM, but no rooms were available - Disability access is none existent at the hotel, it has a lift but to get to the lift you need to either use an inaccessible ramp which is so steep that the wheel chair wouldn't go up it or 10 very steep steps, getting to the pool the ramp is exactly the same issue as the front or with 5 steep steps. To access the dining room you needed to get down 4 very steep steps with no ramp available. - Some of the staff were rude in service - Wifi is NOT available throughout the hotel just in the reception, even then it was patchy at best - Drinks were limited and only allowed through certain times of the day - Snacks were served but these were at the bar where their were flies all over the hot dog and hot sandwich area - They used the same utensils for meat and vegetarians - Sofas were broken along side the sun loungers - The air con was no use nor ornament, as this also cost money to use - "All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, balcony, free TV and telephone" - No parasols were available only permanent shade from a pergola - "The hotel has two swimming pools surrounded by loungers and parasols" - There was no currency exchange available, shop or safety deposit box ". Guest services available include currency exchange, safety deposit boxes for hire, laundry service and a shop."

This place should be closed down! I can say nothing nice about it except the reception staff were polite and helpful the rest of the staff were nasty and miserable, the food is only fit for the pigs swill bucket couldn’t eat there as it was stone cold looked disgusting and restaurant filthy! Room was like hostel accommodation and bathroom smells, broken tiles and drains, after 2 days the glass shower door exploded glass everywhere while my friend was in it she was cut and highly traumatised they couldn’t offer us change of room because not a room available! The older man was so rude behind the bar that we didn’t even want to ask for a drink! We ate out every day and brought drinks I so it was completely self catering! Seriously please take notice of the bat reviews as they are the only honest ones!

Stayed at this hotel for a week end September 2023 a family of 3. Booked all inclusive. On arrival we was told if we wanted any drinks we would need to pay as they had set times so for 2 juice drinks we paid 14 euros. Then to find the bed super uncomfortable you couldn’t get a full night sleep as it was rock hard you couldn’t move without it creaking. Had to pay for air conditioning, towels wasn’t changed daily. Cleaners mopped the floors daily an that was about it. Pool was rotten. Food was atrocious and always cold.Had to eat out mostly. Cockroaches and ants in the room. On a plus side they did pool side food once every few days which was edible. Pictures must be from years ago. Hotel had a different name. Maybe check the reviews before booking.. definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2-3 star. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
