What a refreshing experience! A place of excellent hospitality, friendliness and service. We are happy to come back again. The hotel was very clean, had a great modern design overall, especially for that region, and was very comfy to spend the night. The location is right in the center of the town, which made it easy to hop around. For business, they had great amenities for meetings, fast internet and professional reception staff to help you out on anything you need in a rush. The restaurant was the best in town and the best we could find within 20 minutes by car. Service was excellent and brought the dining experience to a whole other level. Food was very classy and well presented, while the quality was really fresh and the flavors were nothing but mind blowing. As I said in the beginning. We will be back. Big thanks to all the team and especially to Kathi and Marco.

We chose this hotel as we were going to the Bregenzer Festspiel and it was perfect. It is just a five minute walk to the train station and the train gets you to Bregenz in a few minutes more. It’s a brand new, stylish hotel, just a year old. We had a really nice, modern room with plenty of places to plug in our various devices. Although it overlooked a roundabout (and we could see to Austria in the distance), it was quiet and we slept well. The free bottle of water in the room is a nice touch. The nearest carpark costs 20 francs but you can park at the train station for 7 francs or free on the street until 9am. We were made to feel very welcome by both gentlemen on reception. A particular thank you to Herr Niederer who, as well as being friendly and professional, was generous with our welcome drinks. We will certainly be back!

This is a Holiday Inn Express of the latest standards, so you know what you will get. Very friendly staff, clean and good sized room, table that is too small to put your laptop + paper, .... and very good breakfast in a nice restaurant area. All this for a very fair price, I will for sure book again if I'm in the area. One last note: plenty of space to park you car!

The hotel is relatively near the Olma Messe (about 10 minutes on foot). This also means it is not near the centre of St Gallen. When I arrived, the staff was pretty unfriendly, telling me they were waiting on me to close, even though I arrived more then 1 hour before closing time of the reception... Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean. There is a train line juste next to the hotel. With a room on the 4th floor and a closed window, I was not bothered by it during my sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good. All in all, this is a nice place to stay if you want to access the Messe easily.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in June 2023 to vacation on Lake Constance. Lake Constance can be reached from the hotel in 15 minutes by car. Dornbirn city center is within walking distance. Dornbirn train station is right next door, but that's not a problem. We liked the hotel overall, but it also has some weak points. You can tell that the hotel is very new, everything is very modern and we liked the style. The room was clean, but one day our room cleaning was completely forgotten. We could only change the towels at reception in the evening. But the room was no longer cleaned. We have never experienced this in any other 4-star hotel and it shouldn't happen. Care products such as conditioner and especially tea and coffee were never refilled by the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, we couldn't drink coffee or tea on the last few days and the kettle was therefore useless if you don't have any products for it anymore. Unfortunately, there is no blackout curtain on the window. The curtain was white and did not darken the room. So it was bright as day in the room at 5 a.m. Not so nice if you actually want to sleep in on vacation, and of course that's difficult in a brightly lit room where the sun is shining. Otherwise you would have had a really wonderful night's sleep, as the beds were very comfortable and it was always very quiet. Unfortunately, there is no table in the room. If you want to write something on your tablet or laptop, the only option is the bed. This also means there are no shelves. There is enough cupboard space for clothes, but for everything else you have on a table (tablet, laptop, cell phone, keyboard, etc.) the only option is the floor. The WiFi is extremely fast and worked perfectly. We really liked the wellness area, it was always very quiet and clean. Unfortunately, there are no towels available in the wellness area, so you only have your bathrobe and a single towel for the sauna for the entire stay. It is therefore impossible to shower in the sauna area with a fresh towel, also because there is no shower gel or shampoo in the sauna showers. This should be a given in a 4-star hotel and we know it from other hotels. The hotel promotes sustainability, but unfortunately there are only disposable plastic cups in the rooms and in the wellness area. This is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel and is particularly not sustainable and should be urgently reconsidered. The staff were very friendly throughout, especially the staff at reception and in the restaurant. We mostly ate dinner in the hotel. The menu is very varied and the food was always very good. My wife and I chose this hotel purely because of it's location. The hotel could not be any closer to the train station, it is literally right at the station. We don't speak German, so we were very happy to be met at check-in by a young woman who spoke excellent English. She was very helpful and check-in was very easy. This place is very new and very cool. It was Friday night when we arrived and both restaurants in the hotel were booked out. We left our bags in our very modern and clean room and made the short walk into town for dinner. After dinner we walked back to the hotel and had a couple of drinks in the bar, which was buzzing. We then went to our room and could hear neither the music from the bar nor the adjacent trains. The sound proofing is very impressive. Next morning breakfast was tremendous ! We would happily stay here again.
